【摘要】 伴随着电子信息技术的深入发展,各级政务部门非常注重门户网站的建设,信息发布以及政务公开等功能得到有序开展。但是,公布信息以及查询等一般功能已经不能应对公众日益增长的需要,民意反馈和在线办事等需求也日渐紧迫。因而在当今快速发展的电子信息时代,具备信息共享、在线办事的政府信息网站,即将会转换成人民群众和政府相互交流的桥梁,同时也将成为政府提高工作透明度、提高办事效率、便民利民的一个重要平台。但是在技术日新月异的今天,这个平台不仅要提供人民群众所需的功能,还要在易用性、可用性等用户体检上有所提高,要从方方面面为人民群众着想,在点点滴滴上提高人民群众对政府的满意度。本系统使用了JSP网站技术,网站服务器为Tomcat,开发框架为Spring、Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis,数据缓存使用了Redis,持久化使用了传统RDBMS——MySQL。系统还通过使用数据库连接池来复用数据库连接,减少了创建数据库连接这种耗时操作,并使用Redis来缓存热点数据进一步降低后端接口TPS^[2]。本论文设计和实现了一个电子政务网站,它由帐户管理、用户反馈、在线办事、电子流程管理等模块组成,具有用户注册、用户登陆、民意反馈、民意反馈处理、民意反馈查询、在线办事申请、在线办事审批、在线办事情况查询、时政新闻管理、党政信息管理、政务评价管理、系统信息管理、用户管理、电子流程管理中新建公文、处理公文、流程跟踪等功能。这些功能不仅可以方便人民群众反映关切的问题、缩短办事周期,还可以让政府更深入了解人民群众所思所想、进一步加快解决人民群众关切问题的速度和提高政府工作人员的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of electronic information technology,the administrative departments at all levels have paid great attention to the construction of portal websites and the functions of information publishing,and government affairs have been carried out in an orderly manner.General duties,such as public information and queries,no longer meet the growing public demand,and the demands for custom feedback and online services are becoming more pressing.In today’s rapid development of electronic information age,both the information sharing and the online management of government information website are converted into a bridge between the people and the government.The information website also improves government transparency,enhances government working efficiency,and finally makes the government information website become a convenience platform for the people it serves for.In today’s technology,the platform needs to solve people’s problems and simultaneously becomes usable and convenience.Furthermore,the platform needs to enhance the people’s satisfaction with the government by thinking from all aspects of the people.The system uses JSP website technology,where the web server is Tomcat,the development framework includes Spring,Spring Boot,Spring MVC and MyBatis,the data cache adopts USES Redis,and the traditional RDBMS-MySQL is applied for the persistence.The system uses a database connection pool to connect to the database,which reduces the time-consuming operation of creating a database connection.The system also uses Redis to cache hot data in order to further reduce the backend interface TPS.This project designs and implements an e-government website,which consists of account management module,user feedback module,online affairs module,and electronic process management module and which has user registration function,user login function,feedback function,handle feedback function,query feedback result function,online application function,handle online application function,online query function,politics news management function,information management function,party and government affairs evaluation management function,information system management function,user management function,e-flow management in creating new document function,handle documents function,process tracking function,etc.These functions can not only facilitate the people reflect concerns,shorten the cycle,can also make the government more in-depth understanding of people’s thoughts,further speed up the solve the problem of people’s concern and improve the working efficiency of the government staff.更多还原
