银行基层营业机构自助化管理优化策略研究

【摘要】 金融市场环境的不断变化倒逼传统商业银行业不断转型以符合金融市场未来的发展趋势。而随着科技的进步,银行基层营业机构的自助化、智能化水平也获得了巨大的发展。J行处于五大银行之末、股份制银行之首,尤其面临深化改革、转型发展的紧迫性。同业方面,别的国有商业银行及股份制商业银行已率先开始了基层营业机构智能化、自助化的转型并形成了自己的特色;客户方面,客户需求的转变及服务形态的升级要求银行提供更加便捷、高效、智能的服务,压降运营成本。因此,提升基层营业机构自助化管理水平,对J银行S分行增强S市市场竞争力、提高经济效益具有十分现实的意义。本文首先对国内外运营自助化管理的基本理论进行了综述,运用案例分析法对中外资银行现有基层营业机构运营自助化模式进行分析借鉴,在此基础上对J银行S分行运营自助化的发展过程、运营情况和经济效益进行梳理分析,发现问题并分析成因,从而提出相应的对策并进行可行性分析,并对实施情况进行评估,选择适合自己的运营自助化发展模式,最后总结了自身不足之处。

【Abstract】 With the continuous change of the financial market environment,forced traditional commercial banks continue to transition to meet the future development trend of financial market.With the progress of science and technology,the self-service and intelligent level of banking network has also been greatly developed.J bank is at the end of the five largest banks and the first of the joint-stock banks,especially facing the urgency of deepening reform and transformation and development.The industry,large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks have begun to transition network intelligence,self-service and formed their own characteristics;customers,customer demand changes and service pattern upgrade requires banks to provide more convenient,efficient and intelligent service,drop operation cost.Therefore,to improve the management level of self-service outlets,it is of great practical significance for the S branch of J bank to enhance the market competitiveness and improve the economic efficiency of Shanghai.Firstly,basic theory of operation of domestic and foreign self management were reviewed,using case analysis method to analyse the reference of foreign banks in the existing network operation of self-service mode,on the basis of the development process of J bank S branch operation self-service operation situation and economic benefit analysis,found the problem and cause analysis thus,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and feasibility analysis,and evaluate the implementation situation,choose the suitable operation of self-service development mode,finally summarises the shortcomings and limitations of their own.
