基于Android和iOS的家用呼吸机移动终端APP的设计与实现

【摘要】 呼吸机作为一种能够改善甚至替代人体呼吸的有效手段,现已广泛应用于国内外诸多医疗场合,其中无创性呼吸机更是位列国家“十三五”规划的100个重大工程项目之中,由于无创伤面、使用方式简便等诸多优点,其使用局限性大大降低,现已打开了家用市场,越来越普遍的应用于日常家庭生活中。在当今这个万物互联的时代下,人们对于智能家用呼吸机的使用也有着越来越多元化、智能化的需求。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,各种移动通信方式将物联网技术与智能医疗器械相结合,移动医疗应运而生,它革新了人们对于智能医疗器械的传统理念和使用方式。鉴于此现状,本文设计了一款基于Android和iOS系统的呼吸机移动终端应用系统,该应用系统可以与呼吸机通过Wi-Fi或者蓝牙两种方式建立连接,进行数据交互,用户可以通过移动终端实时查看呼吸机诊疗情况和历史呼吸报告,除此之外,该系统还具有遥控、智能警报、远程数据传输等模块,实现移动医疗的基本功能,能够满足用户多样化的需求。本文首先从呼吸机与移动医疗的当前研究现状和背景出发,阐述进行该领域下移动端开发的必要性和现实意义。确定本应用系统的功能需求和性能指标,设计其整体结构。按功能将该应用系统分为三大模块,接着对于三大模块分别进行详细介绍。在通信功能设计中提出Wi-Fi和蓝牙两种模式并存的方案,基于智能网络配置、蓝牙协议栈相关技术原理设计实现移动终端与呼吸机设备的连接建立;另一功能模块主要分为数据通信和用户信息管理部分,结合数据传输机制和自定义通信协议完成实时数据和呼吸报告的接收与解析程序,基于SQLite数据库设计实现呼吸报告的检索以及用户信息管理等功能;本系统的第三大模块对于交互功能进行讨论,借助远距离通信机制设计遥控功能函数,根据socket套接字技术实现远程数据传输功能,并且对于智能警报机制以及UI界面设计进行深入研究。最后,本应用的测试结果表明,该设计方案实现了各个模块的功能需求,同时运行性能优良,达到了预期目标,具有重大的现实意义。另外,基于研究结果,本文还对于该应用系统的进一步完善提出几点需求。

【Abstract】 As an effective mean to improve and even replace human respiration,ventilator has been widely used in many medical situations at home and abroad,and the non-invasive ventilator is among the top 100 major projects in the country’s 13th five-year plan.Due to its many advantages,such as its non-invasive surface and easy to use,it has been greatly reduced with its limitations.It has now opened the home market and is increasingly used in daily family life.In this age of interconnectedness,people have more and more diversified and intelligent needs for the use of intelligent home ventilator.With the rapid development of information technology,various kinds of mobile communication methods combine the Internet of things with intelligent medical devices,Mobile medicine came into being.It has revolutionized the way people think and use smart medical devices.In view of this situation,this paper designs a mobile terminal application system based on Android and iOS.The application system can be connected to the respirator via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth,and then has data interaction with it.Users can check the medical condition and respiratory report of the ventilator in real time through the mobile terminal.In addition,the application also has remote control,intelligent alarm,remote data transmission and other functional modules.It can realize the basic function of mobile medical care,and can meet the needs of user diversity.Firstly,this paper discusses the necessity and practical significance of the development of mobile terminal,based on the current research status and background of ventilator and mobile medical treatment.Next,the functional requirements and performance indexes of the application system are determined,the overall structure of the application system is designed,and the application system is divided into three modules by function.Then,the three modules are introduced separately.In the first communication function design,this paper proposes a scheme for the coexistence of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.Based on intelligent network configuration and Bluetooth protocol stack correlation technology,the connection between mobile terminal and ventilator is established.Another functional module is mainly divided into data communication and user information management.Combining the data transmission mechanism and the custom communication protocol to complete the real-time data and the call report receiving and resolver,and based on SQLite database design,it can realize the retrieval of respiratory report and user information management.The third module of the system discusses the interaction function.It designs remote function by remote communication mechanism,and remote data transfer function is realized according to socket technology,and this paper makes an in-depth study of intelligent alarm mechanism and UI design.At last,the test results of the system show that the design scheme realizes the functional requirements of each module,and the performance of this application is excellent,which achieves the expected goal and has great practical significance.In addition,based on the research results,this paper also puts forward some requirements for further improvement of the application system.
