万能式断路器遥控摇出装置开发

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的提升,大家对供电质量的要求也在不断提高,要求不间断供电的场所也越来越多。这些不间断供电配电系统需要按一定的维护时间间隔和维护频率进行定期维护,对万能式断路器的维护是其中的关键环节。当在配电系统带电情况下对万能式断路器维护时,要取出框架断路器就会涉及到万能式断路器的摇出操作,这个过程中如果万能式断路器的触头回路依然闭合,那么在万能式断路器的接线端子离开配电网络的一瞬间就会发生燃弧。此时操作人员就在所操作的万能断路器正对面,电弧的故障会对操作人员产生致命的伤害。进行这些操作时,操作人员要进行那些防护,国内无相关标准明确规定。当维护人员摇出万能断路器时,操作人员只穿戴简易的防护装置,这些防护装置只针对触电防护,并无电弧防护能力。当电弧故障发生时,就会造成极为严重的后果。避免电弧伤害的方法之一就是遥控万能式断路器摇出,这就需要研发一种遥控的万能式断路器抽出装置。使用该装置,操作人员可以在电弧伤害的最大范围外操控万能式断路器的摇进摇出,避免可能的电弧故障对操作人员伤害。本课题研发的万能式断路器摇出装置可以直接挂接在断路器的本体上,具有轻便、紧凑、操作方便等特点,只需单人就可以完成所有操作。操作人员可以根据遥控摇出装置的控制盒子上的各种状态指示,进行相关的操作和判断,无需近距离操作,可保障操作人员的安全。装置采用独特的急停保护线路,能可靠地用弱电控制强电切换。控制盒与装置本体采用间隙隔离,可有效地保证人身的安全。同时装置有一套使用前自检的方法,可以方便地判定设备是否正常。安全是这套装置的首要考虑方向。本文详细介绍了实现这种遥控摇出装置的研制,包括(1)装置的驱动电机和减速装置选型;(2)紧凑型交直流通用的降压电源电路设计;(3)万能式断路器摇进摇出装置的本体和控制器的编程;(4)选择合适的高压隔离和绝缘方法;(5)样机开发、电气性能测试及其EMC测试,使其在各种不同的工况下都能够正常地工作。本文开发的产品已研制成功并批量生产,现已投入市场使用取得良好的效益。

【Abstract】 With the growth of social economy,people’s living standards improving,the quality of the power supply requirements are also constantly upgrading,more and more sites require uninterrupted power supply.These uninterrupted power supply and distribution systems need to maintain maintenance according to certain maintenance intervals and maintenance frequency,the maintenance of ACB is one of the key steps.When the power distribution system is charged during the ACB maintenance,to remove the ACB will be related to the ACB racking out operation,in this process if the ACB still closed,when driving ACB terminal to leave the distribution network will occur a moment of arcing..At this point the operator in front of ACB,arc fault would produce a fatal injury to the operator.In china there is no standard specifies what security protection.When the maintenance personnel racking out ACB,the operator only worn a simple guards,these guards only protection against electric shock,there is no arc protection.When an arc fault occurs,it will cause very serious consequences.One way to avoid arcing damage is far from the operation of ACB,which requires developing a remote racking devices for ACB.Use of the device,the operator can stand outside the maximum range of the arc damage control ACB racking out and in,to avoid arcing damage to the operator.This paper developed device can be directly attached to the main body of ACB,it’s lightweight,compact and easy to operate,and it only take one person to complete all operations.The operator can operation and judgment according to remote racking device control box status indicator,no close action,ensure operator safely.The device uses a unique emergency stop protection method,can reliably control the high voltage electric switch with low voltage.The control box and the switch body with the gap isolation,can effectively ensure the safety of the person.At the same time the device has a set of pre-use method,you can easily determine whether the equipment is normal.Safety is the primary consideration for this device.This paper introduces in detail the development technology of remote racking device:(1)Driving motor and reducer device selection;(2)Design of AC-DC universal power supply circuit,mainly for the buck circuit,to meet AC-DC universal and compact will need to use switching power supply technology;(3)Based on ACB racking out and in characteristics prepare a suitable host and client program;(4)Select the appropriate high-pressure isolation and insulation methods;(5)Prototype development,electrical performance testing and its EMC test,so that in a variety of different conditions are able to work properly.The product developed in this article has been successfully developed and mass production,has been put into the market to achieve good results.
