TD科技有限公司员工培训体系研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的迅速进步,科学技术在社会生产中越发占据重要地位,科技公司不断涌现,为社会生产提供了不可忽视的力量。影响科学技术的最主要的生产要素就是人力资源,同时也是企业发展、占领市场、扩大市场拼、范围、转型发展的重要影响因素。小型科技类公司随着其发展,原有的员工培训方式不能适应其发展要求,但针对其员工发展的培训体系建设研究却不足。员工作为公司人力资源的主要组成部分,其业务水平、技术水平以及对企业的认同感、对市场的了解等方面能力,都影响了企业的竞争力。优化企业人力资源,除了要招纳具有高学历或有经验的员工,更为主要的是对企业已有员工的培训。尤其对于小型科技公司来说,有归属感的员工、对企业未来有认同感的员工以及掌握核心技术的员工,能在培训中成长,并感受到企业的重视、清楚未来发展的方向是十分的重要的,只有这样才能留住人才、积蓄人才,最大限度的优化企业人力资源。本文通过研究培训体系建设相关国内外论文、书籍,提炼其中的研究方法,以TD科技有限公司培训工作现状为例,利用编制调查问卷的方法,发掘其员工培训工作所面临的问题。参照公司发展方向,并参考员工体验和公司实际需求,提出并建立新的员工培训体系。同时提出保障新的培训体系实施的各项措施。本文在开篇先明确本文研究的背景以及意义,挑选合理的研究方法,订立本文主要内容框架,查找并学习与本文研究内容相关的书籍、论文资料,提出本文的理论基础。在此基础上,以TD科技有限公司的实际概况、培训工作现状为实例,编制适用的调查问卷,发掘公司以往培训工作中存在的问题,分析问题成因,对TD科技有限公司的培训现状进行深入研究并总结。接下来,参照公司发展战略,明确培训体系设计依据和原则,明确体系搭建的准备工作,并最终制定公司员工培训体系。最后,提出公司员工培训体系的主要保障措施,主要包括战略思维保障、人力保障、制度保障以及财务保障等方面。通过重新构建该公司员工培训体系,该公司可以优化人力资源、降低培训成本、适应市场环境、提升员工自身能力,从而为提升公司竞争力、可持续发展能力提供有力保障。TD科技有限公司所面临的问题,在一定程度上就是当前我国众多小型科技公司在公司发展转型期普遍面临的问题,改进培训方法、提高人力资源投资回报率刻不容缓。因此,希望本文研究为其依据自身状况,完善、制定适用的培训体系提供参考。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,science and technology,with the rapid progressing,take an important position in the social production.The technology companies are very important for social production.Human resource management is a very important part of enterprise management,and staff training for the most attention of business managers in technology companies.Human resources would also be an important factor in the development of enterprises,the occupation of the market,and the expansion of the market.With the development of some small technology companies,the original methods of employee training can not adapt to their development requirements.But the research on the construction of training system for their employees is insufficient.Employee is the main part of the company’s human resources.Their professional skill,technical level,the sense of identity to the enterprise,and the understanding of the market would be parts of the competitiveness of the enterprise.In addition to recruiting highly educated or experienced employees,the most important thing is to train employees already in the company.Especially for small technology companies,the employees with a sense of belonging and the employees who have mastered the core technology are very important.They can grow up in the training.By the training,employees can feel the company’s attention to him.A clear direction of the future development can help employees being more focused on their work.Only in this way can we keep the talents and save the talents and make the optimization of enterprise human resources to the maximum limit.By studying the papers and refining the research methods of the training system,this paper takes the training work of TD technology limited company as an example.By using the questionnaire,this paper explores the problems faced by the staff training of TD technology limited company.Referring to the development direction of the company,employee experience and actual needs of the company,this paper proposes and establishes a new staff training system.At the same time,we put forward various measures to ensure the implementation of the new training system.At the first part of this paper,it clarified the background and significance of this study,selected reasonable research methods,concluded the main content framework of this article.By researching on books and papers related to the content of this study,we put forward the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,on this basis,taking the actual situation of TD technology limited company and the present situation of training work as an example,we compile the applicable questionnaire to explore the existing problems in the past training work of the company.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and make a thorough study of the training status of the company.Next,considering to the company’s development strategy,this paper clears the design basis and principles of the training system.Then it makes clear the preparation of the system and formulate the staff training system.Finally,the main safeguard measures of the staff training system are put forward,including strategic thinking,human security,system guarantee and financial guarantee.Through the reconstruction of the company’s staff training system,the company can optimize human resources,reduce training costs,adapt to the market environment,and enhance employees’ skills,which provides a strong guarantee for enhance company competitiveness and the sustainable development ability.The problems,faced by TD technology limited company,are the common problems that many small technology companies in our country are facing in the period of the company’s development and transformation.It is urgent to improve the training methods and improve the return on human resources investment.Therefore,it is hoped that this study will provide a reference for perfecting and formulating applicable training system based on its own conditions.
