10kV电缆不停电作业三维仿真培训系统研究与应用

【摘要】 lOkV电缆不停电作业,是通过旁路作业、带电作业的方式对电缆线路设备进行检修的一种作业方法,可以使用户不停电或少停电,是一项技术性较强、操作安全水平要求较高的特殊工作[1]。因此对作业人员进行有效培训显得尤为重要。针对传统培训方法存在组织时间长、成本高、规范性不足、易受到天气、场地、设备等诸多因素的限制等问题,借助虚拟现实等多种先进技术,综合l0kV电缆不停电作业技术最新研究成果,开展l0kV电缆不停电作业三维仿真培训技术研究及应用显得尤为必要。本文结合l0kV电缆不停电作业基本原理及安全作业要求,提出标准化操作流程,分解各操作步骤,编制了标准化脚本,并根据技能培训提出了实操项目作业流程学习、训练、考核、工具装备的技术条件、使用方法查询、标准规范、作业指导书等理论资料查询、学员档案后台管理等功能需求。设计加工了仿真训练平台,主要包括主图形工作站、操作台、立体音响等部分组成。并采用数据层、支撑层、应用层、表现层的系统体系结构,选择VC++6.0、Unity3D、3Dmax8.0等开发平台及工具进行了软件开发,包括了仿真操作模块、资料查询模块、培训管理模块、在线考试模块等设计开发、系统流程设计开发、模型与场景设计开发、动作制作等[2]。基于虚拟仿真技术的10kV电缆线路不停电作业仿真培训系统,具有安全、高效、低成本等优点,通过模拟现场作业环境和操作流程,使学员在虚拟现实的环境中形象、直观地了解并掌握规范的10kV电缆不停电作业技术。在降低现场培训风险的同时,解决了培训工作受场地、气候和时间束缚的问题,使电缆不停电作业的培训效果及效率大大地得到提升,又降低了培训经济成本,全面提升了人员的培训效果,有利于推动电缆不停地作业运行检修培训工作向规范化、标准化和信息化的方向发展,对提高配电网供电可靠性和确保配电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义[3]。

【Abstract】 To achieve the purpose of no power failure or less power failure for the users,non-interruption working in 10kV cable lines is maintenance operation on the cable line and equipment by using live-working,bypass-working and many other working methods.It’s a special type of work which has very high technology and high-level requirement on operational safety.In this paper,aim at the problems of the traditional training method such as long time,high cost,poor normalization,easy to be subject to weather,space,equipment and other factors,with the help of virtual reality and other advanced technology,combined with the latest research results of non-interruption working in 10kV cable lines,launch research and application on simulation training technology for non-interruption working in lOkV cable lines.The key techniques include three aspects as below.Research on simulation training technology requirements for non-interruption working in 10kV cable linesCombining basic principles for work with power uninterrupted(lOkV power cable)and requirements for safe operation,this paper proposes the standardized operating procedures.Breaking down respective steps,the standardized script was prepared.According to skills training,such functional requirements were put forward as follows:learning,training and assessment for practical operation project;technical conditions of tools and equipment;application method query;standard specifications;query on operating instructions and other information;background management of trainee files,etc.The design processed the simulation training platform,with main components as follows:graphics workstation,console,stereo,etc.By using the system architecture containing data layer,supporting layer,application layer and presentation layer,together with development platforms and tools(VC++ 6.0,Unity3D,3Dmax8.0,etc.),the software development was done,including design and development(D&D)of simulation operation,data query,training management,online exams and other modules,D&D of system process,D&D of model and scene,production of actions,etc.Based on three-dimensional simulation technology,the power-uninterrupted operation simulation training system for lOkV cable lines has advantages as follows:safe,efficient,low cost,etc.Through simulation of field operation environment and operational processes,trainees can visually and intuitively understand and master the skills for power-uninterrupted operation of 10kV cables in a virtual reality.It’ll reduce risk of on-site training;meanwhile,the training won’t be affected by time,weather or space,thus greatly improve the training efficiency of power-uninterrupted operation,reducing the training costs.As a result,the personnel training effect will be enhanced overall,promoting normalization,standardization and informatization of operation maintenance training,playing an important role in improving the power-supply reliability of distribution network,and ensuring a safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
