农业物资进销存管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,网络的迅速发展及电子商务的兴起给人们的生活带来极大的便利,也给企业带来机遇与挑战。要想在竞争激烈,变化莫测的市场上获得一席之地,企业就必须保证农业物资的流通渠道,有良好的管理系统,在客户需要的时候,及时提供农业物资满足客户需求。在该企业成立早期,企业采用传统的管理方式,随着信息化管理方式的流行,传统的管理方式弊端日渐显露。传统的管理方式有许多弊端:在客户量大的情况下无法保证货物的及时性;采购人员无法根据需求准确地提供农业物资;管理员对库存进行最优化需要花费很大的时间与精力;企业对市场的变化了解不够及时等,因此开发一套农业物资进销存管理系统是非常有必要的。本文具体工作包括以下三个方面:1.针对现有农业物资管理方式落后,信息化管理系统功能的弊端,本文分析当前使用的农业物资进销存管理系统的现状,完善物资进销存的功能,从而实现对农业物资的统一管理。农业物资进销存管理系统根据预期的功能,将系统分为五个功能模块,即采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、财务管理和发票管理等,各个大的功能模块下又有多个小模块,从而使得信息管理的最大化。2.为了满足农业物资的信息的存储和提取使用,本文在对系统进行整体分析之后确定开发需要的相关技术,在分析比较C/S和B/S结构优缺点的前提下,采用基于B/S的MVC三层架构模式,使用JSP作为系统开发技术,SSH作为开发框架,并利用SQL Server数据库对数据进行存储和提取。通过分析和细化系统的各个功能模块,以用例图、类图以及活动图等分析系统的主要功能和相关的业务流程设计各模块的详细流程图。3.在系统开发完成之后,部署该系统的测试环境,并从响应时间、系统容量和稳定性三方面对系统的性能以及功能进行测试和评估。测试每个功能模块是否满足需求,实际效果与预期结果差距如何。测试结果表明,该系统的响应时间、稳定性等均达到最初的设计要求,达到预期效果。本文所设计并实现的农业物资进销存管理系统利用网络及电子商务实现对企业的进销存管理,使得中小企业能实现进销存的管理机制更加科学和完善,能够取代传统落后的管理方式,满足管理的实际需要,简化农业物资管理业务流程,达到产销衔接,实现最优库存的目标,对于提高企业效益和管理效率都有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 At present,the rapid development of the network and the rise of e-commerce bring great convenience to people’s life,but also bring opportunities and challenges to the enterprise.In order to get a space for one person in the fierce competition in the market and change constantly,enterprises must ensure agricultural supplies distribution channels and good management system.When the customer needs,provide agricultural materials to meet customer needs.In the early stage of enterprise operation,the traditional management mode was adopted.With the popularity of information management mode,the disadvantages of traditional management methods are increasingly exposed.The traditional management style has many disadvantages: In the case of large quantities of customers,cannot guarantee the timeliness of goods.Purchasing personnel cannot accurately supply agricultural supplies.It takes a lot of time and effort for the administrator to optimize the inventory.Enterprises do not understand the market changes timely and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of agricultural materials inventory management system;the specific work of this paper includes the following three aspects:1 In view of the backwardness of the existing agricultural materials management and the imperfect function of the information management system.This paper analyzes the current status of agricultural materials inventory management system,Improve the function of material purchase,sale and storage,so as to realize the unified management of agricultural materials.According to the expected function,the agricultural materials inventory management system divides the system into five functional modules,namely procurement management,sales management,inventory management,financial management and invoice management,etc.There are several small modules in each functional module,which maximizes the information management.2 In order to meet the storage and extraction of agricultural materials information,this paper analyzes the system after the overall analysis of the relevant technologies to determine the development needs.On the premise of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of C/S and B/S structure,the MVC three layer architecture model based on B/S is adopted.JSP is used as the system development technology,SSH is used as the development framework,and the SQL Server database is used to store and extract the data.By analyzing and refining each function module of the system,the detailed flow chart of each module is designed by using the use case diagram,class diagram and activity diagram to analyze the main functions of the system and the related business processes.3 The deployment of the test environment of the system after the completion of the system development.The performance and function of the system are tested and evaluated from three aspects of response time,system capacity and stability.Test whether each functional module meets the demand,what is the difference between actual effect and expected result?The test results show that the response time and stability of the system meet the initial design requirements,and achieve the desired results.This paper designs and implements the agricultural materials invoicing management system,using network and e-commerce to achieve the enterprise Invoicing management.So that small and medium enterprises can achieve scientific Invoicing management mechanism is more perfect.It can replace the traditional backward management mode,meet the actual needs of management,and simplify the business process of agricultural materials management.To achieve the goal of optimal inventory is of great significance to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise.
