【摘要】 我国是目前世界上最大的发展中国家,贫困问题尤其是农村贫困问题一直是难以解决的大问题。由于我国经济社会条件的改善,越来越多的生活在贫困农村人们实现了脱贫。可是依然还存在非常多数量的农村人口仍然处在贫穷状态。国务院公布的《十三五期间扶贫攻坚规划》提出到十三五末期,保证已经建档立卡的贫困人口以现在的标准之下摆脱贫困,不用担心吃穿,基础医疗、义务教育和安全住房得到保证,592个国家级贫困县全部摘掉贫困县的帽子,消除区域性整体贫困的状况,到2020年全面建成小康社会。金寨县处在大别山腹地,鄂豫皖三省交界地带,总面积3814平方公里,下辖23个乡镇、1个现代产业园区,224个行政村,总人口 68万人,是安徽面积最大、山区和库区人口最多的县。金寨县为国家级贫困县,贫困问题非常突出。金寨为国家批复的第一批重点贫困县,2011年被批准为大别山片区重点扶贫攻坚县,2015年底仍有贫困人口 8.43万人,扶贫开发任务十分艰巨,发展任务十分繁重。本文以金寨县为例,探讨金寨县贫困现状及其对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is the largest developing country in the world.The problem of poverty,especially in rural areas, has been a difficult problem to solve.Due to the improvement of our country’s economic and social conditions, more and more people living in poor rural areas.But there are still a large number of rural people who are still in poverty.The State Council announced the "poverty alleviation plan" pointed out during 13th Five-Year to 2020, to ensure the realization of poverty alleviation filing riser poverty in the current standard, no worries about food and clothing, guaranteed nine years of compulsory education, basic medical care and housing security. The nationwide 592 impoverished counties all out of poverty hat, deal with local overall poverty by 2020, a comprehensive well-off society.Jinzhai county in the hinterland of the Dabie Mountains, Henan and Anhui provinces at the junction area, a total area of 3814 square kilometers, there are 23 towns, 1 modern industrial parks, 224 administrative villages, the total population of 680 thousand people, is the largest, most area of mountain and the population in the anhui province.Jinzhai county is a national poverty county,poverty problem is very prominent.Jinzhai is the country approved the first batch of key poverty-stricken counties, was approved in 2011 for the Dabie Mountain Area of key poverty alleviation counties, by the end of 2015 there is still poverty population of 84 thousand and 300 people, poverty alleviation and development task is very arduous, the development task is very arduous.Taking Jinzhai county as an example, this paper discusses the present situation and countermeasures of poverty in Jinzhai county.更多还原
