核电站安全级控制系统自动化测试研究

【摘要】 在压水堆核电站中,反应堆保护系统做为核电厂安全级控制系统的一部分,其功能是保护三大核安全屏障(即燃料包壳、一回路压力边界和安全壳)的完整性,当运行参数达到危及三大屏障完整性的阈值时,紧急停闭反应堆,必要时启动专设安全设施。由于对核电站反应堆安全的重要性,在核电站电气设备安全分级中,反应堆保护系统被定义为安全级设备。安全级设备区别于常规电站控制系统,在产品质量、可靠性、安全性等方面有着更高的要求。反应堆保护系统设备从设计、生产到出厂,需要进行相当严格的测试,对测试管理、测试技术、测试质量均有很高的要求。反应堆保护系统的工厂测试是设备在出厂前最后一道质量安全屏障。核电厂反应堆保护系统的研制在我国刚刚起步,相关的测试技术尚处于研究阶段。作为核电厂的关键技术,国外对中国长期实施技术封锁。为了满足我国自主研发的反应堆保护系统的质量要求,相关的研发机构迫切需要利用各种技术手段,提高测试的技术水平。本文在充分总结、吸收国内外核电厂反应堆保护系统测试经验的基础上,结合国产设备的设计与研发现状,在原有测试体系的基础上,建立起一套基于自动化技术的核电厂安全级控制系统测试体系。选取了部分典型测试项,从测试准备、测试过程、测试数据分析等多个环节对测试过程进行了自动化改进,自主研发了一系列用于自动化测试的产品。目前,自动化测试研究的部分成果已经成功应用于多台CPR1000反应堆保护系统的测试中,并在应用过程中对研究成果进行了持续改进。测试自动化技术的应用大大提高了产品的质量与测试效率,实现了质量与效率的双赢。
【Abstract】 A reactor protection system(RPS)is a set of nuclear safety components in a nuclear power plant designed to safely shut down the reactor and protect the integrity of the three nuclear safety barrier(including fuel cladding,primary loop and containment).When the parameters of the reactor meet or exceed the limit setpoint,the reactor protection system will shut down the reactor or start the engineering safety feature as if necessary.In the safety classification(1E class)of electrical equipment,reactor protection system is defined as safety-class equipment for its importance in the nuclear power plant.Therefore,reactor protection system has to meet higher requirement in its quality,safety and reliability.Before leaving the factory,the reactor protection system has to be strictly tested,which put forward the requirements on its testing management,technology and quality.The test on reactor protection system is the most important barrier before its application.As the reactor protection system is the key technology for the manufacturing the device in nuclear power plants,many foreign countries took the measure of technology blockade.Although the research on reactor protection system just started,and relevant testing skills are still in the research stage in China.Thus,relevant research and development institutions have to improve their testing level through technology method.This paper took a systematic research on automated test technology based on the summary of testing experience of reactor protection system in nuclear power plant.The research group established automated test technology of the testing system and started a research on automated test technology of reactor protection system in the nuclear power plant.Focus on the purpose of improving testing quality,the research group selected some of the typical test items concerned,and modified the test preparation,test engineering,test data and other segments,and developed a series products on automated test.Currently,research findings on automated test technology have been successfully applied on many CPR1000 reactor protection systems testing.The application and improvement of research findings has greatly enhanced the testing quality and efficiency.Also,the research group considered the portability of the findings and applied the technology on PWR nuclear power plant of ACPR1000,AP1000,and many other reactor protection systems,such as the high temperature gas cooled reactor(HTR).
