漾濞县审计局领导干部经济责任审计业务管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】 漾濞县审计局现有的系统,缺乏对领导干部经济责任审计的项目计划、审计对象和审计成果的管理,对项目档案资料的利用水平也比较低。为实现对领导干部经济责任审计业务全过程的有效管理、增强经济责任审计项目计划的科学性和主动性、实现对项目档案资料的分类统计和对比分析,提高审计成果运用水平和审计业务管理效率,需要认真研究分析新的系统。本论文运用面向对象方法完成了对漾濞县审计局领导干部经济责任审计业务管理系统的研究与分析。论文对系统研究的背景、意义和重要性等进行了阐述,对同类系统研究与应用现状进行了简要介绍,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作:在业务分析中,进行了组织结构分析、业务问题概述、原有业务流程分析,并进行了业务流程再造;在功能分析中,进行了角色分析、系统用例分析和描述,给出了系统总体功能包图和子功能包图,系统的功能包含项目计划管理、项目立项管理、项目实施管理、项目报告管理、审计成果管理和系统管理;在数据分析中,进行了系统功能数据分析和实体类关系分析,建立了数据库表结构。最后,论文对所做的研究和分析进行了总结,对进一步的工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing system of Yangbi County Audit Bureau lacks management of audit plan,object and results of economic responsibility audit of leading cadres,besides,utilization level of project archives is relatively low.In order to realize the effective management of the whole process of economic responsibility audit business,and make the economic responsibility audit plan more scientific and proactive,achieve the classification statistics and comparative analysis of the project archives,and enhance the result application level and management efficiency of audits,we need serious study and analysis of the new system.This paper uses the object-oriented method to complete the research and analysis of business management system of economic responsibility audit of leading cadres of Yangbi County Audit Bureau.This paper mainly introduces the background,significance and importance of the research on the system,and briefly introduces the research and application status of similar system.Additionally,the content and main work of the paper are defined.In the part of business analysis,this paper conducts the analysis of organization structure,business overview,the original business process analysis and business process re-engineering.In the part of functional analysis,this paper conducts the analysis of system role and use cases and use-case descriptions,giving the overall function package diagram of the system and the sub function package diagrams.The function of the system includes project plan management,project initialization management,project implementation management,project report management,audit results management and system management.In the part of data analysis,this paper analyzes the system function data and entity class relations,established the database tables structure.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and the analysis,and looks ahead the following works.更多还原
