【摘要】 随着人们经济条件逐渐改善,旅游需求越来越大,酒店供给也随之增加。市场上出现了大量的酒店,繁荣了市场。但在我国现阶段经济周期前景不明的背景下,众多传统酒店利润增长甚至维持都承受着巨大的压力。近年来共享经济快速发展,新的酒店业态大量涌现,也使传统的酒店面临日趋激烈的竞争。在现阶段,如何调整自己的经营模式以实现自身的健康发展,就成为传统酒店企业的难题。如果采用重资产模式建设酒店,不能帮助企业在市场上快速扩张,存在一定的弊端。要想在市场竞争中发展自己、击败对手,酒店的管理者就需要了解同业新的发展动向,以便取长补短。岭南控股作为一家上市公司,值得作为案例进行研究。本文以岭南控股为案例,首先介绍了岭南控股从单体酒店的重资产模式转换到实施轻资产运营模式的整个过程,然后分析了其轻资产运营模式的可行性,并介绍了其轻资产具体的运营模式。其次,本文以上市公司的年度报告为数据来源,从盈利质量分析、资产质量分析和现金流量分析三个方面对其进行评价。通过分析岭南控股实施轻资产模式的前后对比以及轻资产模式运营期间和同业的对比,发现轻资产运营模式的确提高了财务绩效、促进了公司发展、改善了资产结构,从而表明该模式是适合该公司发展的战略选择。最后,本文结合岭南控股的轻资产模式运营,总结该模式运营在酒店业的可行性和适应性,希望能以此案例促进行业的长远发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As economic conditions gradually improve,people’s travel demand grows and the hotel supplies also will increase.Appeared on the market a lot of hotels,prosperity of the market at the same time meet the needs of people.But in our country present stage economic cycle under the background of uncertainty,many hotels profit growth to maintain even under great pressure.Sharing Economy has been developing rapidly in recent years,new forms of operation in the hotels industry,also make the traditional hotel faces increasingly fierce competition.At present,how to adjust their business models in order to realize the healthy development of their own,became the problem of hotel enterprises.Like to use a traditional hotel expansion mode of heavy assets,can’t help enterprises rapid expansion in the market,there are some drawbacks.If you want to develop in market competition,beat his opponent,the hotel’s managers need to know about trade new trends,in order to complement each other.LN Holdings as a listed company,as a case study.Based on LN Holdings as a case,this paper first introduces the LN Holdings heavy assets from the independent hotels model into the whole process of implementation of light asset operation mode,and analyzes the feasibility of its light assets operation mode,and introduced the mode of operation in light of its assets.Secondly,based on the annual reports of listed companies as the data source,from the earnings quality analysis,asset quality analysis,and cash flow analysis three aspects carries on the appraisal.Through the analysis of LN Holdings implementation asset light mode before and after the contrast and light assets during the operation and the comparison of peers,that light asset operation mode does improve the financial performance,and promotes the development of the company,which shows that the model is suitable for the company for the development of strategic choice.Finally,this paper combined with this mode operation,summed up the feasibility and adaptability of the mode of operation in the hospitality industry.I hope that this case will promote the long-term development of the industry.更多还原
