福建省高校建筑能耗数据分析预测及监管平台建设研究

【摘要】 节约型校园建设是党和国家落实节能减排的重要举措,是贯彻落实科学发展观、建设和谐社会和节约型社会理念的深化,是实现资源节约型、环境友好型社会,推动可持续发展观念在高校的集中体现。本文首先在广泛阅读国内外文献的基础上,概括了国内外研究人员在节约型校园建设、能耗分析模拟方面所做的工作,从总结前人的方法和不足,为后续的工作打下基础。通过对福建某高校2010年统计和能源数据整理分析。对校园建筑中建筑面积总量最大,能耗水平较高的宿舍建筑、科研建筑和行政办公建筑的总能耗状况进行了对比,宿舍楼能耗总量最大,科研建筑能耗指标最高。各类建筑中,照明、室内设备和空调3个系统的能耗总量均占到建筑总能耗的90%以上,并且具有较大的节约潜力。以福建某高校77栋各种类型建筑为分析样本,选取了建筑总面积、建筑类型、建筑层数、常驻人数、空调面积、照明能耗等7个与建筑能耗密切相关的因素作为自变量,以建筑2010年耗电量(kWh)作为考察对象,借助统计分析软件SPSS,通过聚类分析和多元回归分析,建立了福建省高校各类建筑的能耗模型。该模型通过统计学检验及实践检验,准确有效。本模型为校园新建校园建筑的节能设计及既有建筑的节能改造提供了能耗预测途径。最后介绍了福建省高校建筑能耗监测系统的设计过程,对校园能耗监测系统的硬件平台、数据管理平台和网络功能平台3个部分进行了设计。硬件平台包括末端采集仪表、通讯管理器和数据传输通道组成,对硬件的选型和安装进行了阐述。数据管理平台和网络功能平台则共同组成了数据中心站,设计了数据中心站的软件功能,实现了能耗数据的整理、分析和展示。
【Abstract】 Saving campus construction is an important measure to the party and for the state to implement energy conservation.This activity implements the philosophy of the development of scientific concept for building an harmonious society and social savings.This activity promotes resource-saving,an environment-friendly society,and the concept of sustainable development epitomized as used on the colleges and universities.First,on the basis of widely collected literature,sum up the work done by researchers at home and abroad in saving campus construction,energy analysis simulation.Laying the foundation for follow-up work using summarizations from previous methods both positive and negative.The data analysis of energy consumption for Fujian University in 2010 Finds dormitory buildings,research buildings and administrative office buildings is in a high level of energy consumption and have typical characteristic of all campus buildings.The energy consumption of dormitories account for a large proportion of the total energy consumption.Energy consumption indicators for the research building is highest.Summarizing the energy consumption of all types of buildings:lighting,indoor equipment and air conditioning systems account for more than 90%of the building’s total energy consumption,and have large potential for savings.A sample of 77 various types of construction at Fujian University,and selective 7 factors which are closely related to building energy consumption,with the help of statistical analysis software SPSS,using cluster analysis and regression analysis,analysis of the relationship of the various factors and total electricity consumption.Establish the building energy consumption model.The model provided to be accurately and efficiently through statistical tests and practice tests.Founding this model put forward a method for energy-saving design of the new campus buildings and the renovation of existing buildings.Finally,Introducing the design process for the monitoring system of building energy consumption in Fujian University.Campus energy consumption monitoring system consists of a hardware platform,the data management platform and the network function platform.The hardware platform includes the extremity acquisition instrumentation,communications Manager and data transmission channel.Describing the selection and installation of hardware.A data center station is composed of data management platform and a network function platform.Design the application software of the data center station.Implement the collation,analysis and presentation of energy consumption data.
