【摘要】 党的十七届六中全会特别提出,把科技创新作为文化大繁荣大发展的引擎,充分发挥科技与文化相互促进的作用,使科技成为文化产业大发展的战略因子,增强我国文化产业的科技创新能力。着力突出科技创新在我国文化产业发展中的地位,是调整我国文化产业结构、转变发展方式的需要,同时也是满足当前人民群众对精神文化的新期待、新需求。与国际相比,我国文化产业发展还处于初级阶段,文化资源开发粗放,文化资源与科技融合度不高,因此,如何促进文化产业科技创新,提升文化产业科技创新能力成为当前我国文化产业大发展迫切需要解决的关键问题。TRIZ理论是一套解决创新问题的理论思想体系,已在众多领域的创新企业中获得成功应用,且创新成效显著。因此,从TRIZ理论出发,研究文化产业科技创新问题,有利于提高创新过程的科学性,有利于优化创新资源的整合方式,进而达到获得较强创新能力和理想创新效果的目的。本文通过分析文化产业科技创新系统,揭示其内涵、结构和系统特征,探究TRIZ理论促进文化产业科技创新的作用机理,深入分析影响文化产业科技创新系统创新能力的创新性因素,基于TRIZ理论设计文化产业科技创新模型,构建文化产业科技创新能力评价模型,并进行多指标综合属性测度的科技创新能力评价,根据研究结果,提出提升文化产业科技创新能力的相关对策。本文为我国文化产业科技创新系统的构建与运行提供理论支持,对我国文化产业在激烈的全球化竞争中提升竞争能力具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the party propose,scientific and technological innovation is the power of culture’s prosperity and development,make science and technology to be the culture’s strategic factor,giving full play to the role of science and technology and culture and promote each other,enhancing the technological innovation capability of china’s cultural industry.Outstanding scientific and technological innovation in the development of China’s cultural industry is helpful for adjusting cultural industry structure,changing the mode of development,and meeting the new expectations of the masses spiritual cultural,new demand.Compared with the international,the development of China’s cultural industry is still in its infancy,the development of cultural resources is inefficient,with a low degree of integration of science and technology.Enhance the technological innovation capability of the cultural industry to become the industrial development of the urgent need to address the problem.TRIZ theory is a theory to solve the innovation problem ideological system,which has been successfully applied in many areas of innovative enterprises.Study of cultural industries technology innovation based on TRIZ theory,which is helpful for optimizing the integration of innovative resources,improving the scientific nature of the innovation process to achieve the purpose of strong innovation capability and innovative effects.And there is a very important practical significance to the rapid increase in scientific and technological innovation capability of China’s culture industries.This paper analyses the connotation、structure、system characteristics of scientific and technological innovation system of culture industries.This paper analyses the mechanism of TRIZ theory improve scientific and technological innovation ability of culture industries,designing the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability,and building evaluation model.This paper proposes relevant suggestions to improve scientific and technological innovation ability based on research results.This paper analyses innovation factors affecting scientific and technological innovation ability of culture industries,it is helpful for improving competitiveness in the fierce global competition.更多还原
