【摘要】 当今时代以高技术支撑的并且作为企业发展战略的重要手段的物流配送已经取代了以前一般意义上的送货。而且大多数企业也逐渐意识到了物流配送是一个企业正常经营活动的不可或缺的主要组成部分,好的物流配送可以为企业创造更多的利润,这也是企业自身竞争力不断增强的最重要的标志。烟草行业众所周知为“专卖专营”的传统体制,同时烟草行业具有比较雄厚的资金、全国范围内完善的网络,要想在物流配送环节争取的更多的利润和赢得宝贵的市场都有着得天独厚的优势。最近几年以来,我国各省市、自治区掀起了争相发展现代物流业的浪潮,将现代物流业作为一项重要的支柱型产业来加快发展,希望能在物流市场分得更大的利润。21世纪初我国加入了WTO(世界贸易组织),面对着国际国内行业内部的竞争,我国烟草行业迎来了有史以来最大的挑战,同时这也是我国物流行业借势加快发展的一次难得的机会。在市场相对稳定的条件下如何来不断提高我国烟草行业的竞争力,怎样能够争取更大利润空间,目前加强加快发展现代烟草物流配送是一个行之有效的措施。因此,研究我国烟草物流配送作业,探求烟草物流配送作业优化措施势在必行。本课题主要分以下几点内容:首先分析了我国烟草物流发展配送的特点以及其中存在的问题、国内外烟草配送作业管理现状、保定烟草公司物流公司物流中心配送作业管理现状;其次本文通过分析并运用作业管理的相关理论与方法、SWOT分析方法来优化保定烟草公司物流中心配送作业配送方案,其中包括五个方面的优化,分别是物流配送线路优化设计、物流配送模式优化设计、物流配送方式优化设计、物流配送分类管理优化设计和物流配送流程优化设计;最后针对保定烟草公司物流中心优化方案实施的策略与实施步骤和对优化方案进行优化评价的方法。通过本课题中对保定烟草公司的物流中心物流优化方案的实施成功充分证明了,物流优化方案具有可行性与较强的实用性,同时也为其他同行业的烟草公司物流中心或者其他行业的物流中心的物流方案的优化设计和物流中心的其他环节提供了有效的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern age with high technical support and enterprise development strategy as an important means of logistics distribution has replaced the previous general sense of delivery.And most of the enterprise also gradually aware of the logistics distribution is a enterprise normal business activities of the indispensable main part,good logistics distribution can create more profits for the enterprise,the enterprise itself is to enhance the competitiveness of the most important symbol.Tobacco industry known as\"monopoly\"of the traditional system,and at the same time,the tobacco industry has the quite strong capital,a nationwide perfect network,to the logistics distribution link for more profit and win valuable market have a lot of advantages.Since recent years,China’s provinces and autonomous regions to a wave of developing modern logistics industry,modern logistics as an important pillar industry to speed up the development of the logistics market,hope to share more profit.The 21st century China’s accession to the WTO(world trade organization),facing the international and domestic industry competition,China’s tobacco industry ushered in the biggest challenge,and it is also speed up the development of China’s logistics industry taking advantage of a rare opportunity.In a relatively stable market under the condition of how to improve the competitiveness of the tobacco industry in our country,how to strive for greater profit space,at present,to strengthen the speed up the development of modern tobacco logistics distribution is a effective measures.Therefore,the research on China’s tobacco logistics operation,and to find the tobacco logistics operation optimization measures is imperative.This topic main points the following contents:first analyzes the development of tobacco logistics distribution characteristics and the problems,domestic and foreign tobacco distribution operation management present situation,baoding tobacco company logistics company logistics center distribution operation management status;Secondly this paper through the analysis and activity-based management theory and methods,the SWOT analysis method to optimize baoding tobacco company logistics center distribution work distribution plan,including five aspects,respectively is the optimization of logistics distribution line optimization design,logistics distribution mode optimization design,logistics distribution mode optimization design,logistics and classification management optimization design and logistics flow optimization design;Finally,according to baoding tobacco company logistics center optimization of the implementation of the strategy and implementation steps and optimized scheme optimization evaluation method.Through this topic to baoding tobacco company’s logistics center logistics optimization scheme implementation success fully demonstrated,logistics optimization scheme has feasibility and practicability,but also for other industry tobacco company logistics center or other industry logistics center logistics solutions of optimization design and other aspects of logistics center provides effective reference.更多还原
