长沙地区高层办公建筑自然通风研究

【摘要】 随着社会发展越来越多地受到能源、环境等问题的制约,建筑节能、建筑可持续发展成为建筑相关行业的一致发展方向。建筑通风技术是一项节能、改善室内热舒适的技术手段,在国内外均是重要的研究课题。本文的研究目的是以长沙地区的自然条件为基础,加上国内外对自然通风设计手法的总结,通过实例的分析和计算机软件的模拟,探索出适合本地的自然通风设计策略。文章对自然通风的研究背景以及研究内容进行了初步介绍,分析了我国目前民用建筑在通风领域的发展状况,明确了自然通风在办公楼设计中的必要性和发展意义。详细阐述了自然通风的原理,并结合国内外工程实例对这些原理在实际中的运用做了分析。介绍了利用自然通风的几种形式,在Airpark软件模拟的成果上,分析了根据建筑结构的特点,合理选取加强自然通风的策略形式。介绍了长沙地区的自然条件和通风潜力,对与自然通风有关的热学知识做了简单阐述,计算出长沙地区适合自然通风的时间和中性温度。最后本文以长沙地区某办公楼为实例进行了自然通风的实地调查,对调查中出现的问题做出了总结和分析。通过CFD模拟手法对建筑的通风潜力进行评测,再从平面、立面、剖面上综合对建筑的通风设计进行重组,以及用CFD软件模拟评估了优化后的建筑方案。评估结果显示通风效果比较优良。通过本文的研究,作者希望对绿色建筑自然通风技术的效果研究和设计提供有益的参考,为自然通风技术的发展和推广起到积极的推动作用,从而一定程度地缓解建筑用能压力,降低对不可再生能源的依赖,为今后长沙地区的建筑的可持续性发展起到一定的推动作用。
【Abstract】 As our social-development has been increasingly restricted by problems such as energy and environment,we start to pay attention to energy-efficiency building.Natural ventilation in architecture design,an important research topic domestically and internationally,is an effective way to save energy and improve our indoor environment.Based on the natural conditions of Changsha and the summary of the natural ventilation designs at home and abroad,the aim of the thesis is to explore the local natural ventilation design strategy through examples analysis and the simulation of computer software.The thesis has a preliminary discussion on the research background and contents of the natural ventilation.It introduces the development of the natural ventilation designed in the civil architecture and explains the necessity and significance of natural ventilation in the designing of the office building.The paper also explains the fundamental of natural ventilation in detail and states the application effect with some actual engineering projects at home and abroad.In order to select a reasonable form of natural ventilation,it introduces several forms of natural ventilation and emphasis on the combination with actual characters of every construction and the simulation of a software—Airpark.The analysis of the natural conditions and ventilation potentials,vand the brief discussion on related knowledge of thermal as well,help to work out the proper time and temperature for natural ventilation in Changsha.At the end of this paper,based on an office building,a survey of natural ventilation is taken,the problems arised in the investigation are summarized and analysised.Evaluation by CFD simulationventilation potential technique for the construction of the restructuring,from the plane,elevation,section of building ventilation design,and by using the simulation software of CFD evaluated the building after the scheme optimization.The evaluation results show the ventilation effect is good.Through this research,the author hopes to provide a useful reference to research and design on the effect of natural ventilation technology of green building,and plays as a positive role for the development and promotion of natural ventilation technology,then energy pressure for building is alleviated,and the dependence on non renewable energy is lower,sustainable development of construction in Changsha area can be promoted.
