基于LINUX的四轮定位系统的研究

【摘要】 四轮定位仪是测量车轮定位参数的专用设备,其通过建立几何模型对车轮前束、车轮外倾角、主销内倾角、主销后倾角、推力角、转向前张角及轴距差等车轮定位参数进行检测。现有的国产四轮定位仪存在着技术落后、体积大、测量精度低、使用不方便等缺点。因此,该文以四轮定位仪的高精度,小型化,使用简便为重点,研制了可以测量车轮前束、车轮外倾角、主销内倾角、主销后倾角等参数的四轮定位系统。该系统使用微计算机实现了四轮定位仪的小型化,降低了生产成本,并通过试验对四轮定位仪进行了验证。该论文的内容主要有一下几个方面:一、阐述了汽车四轮定位的作用和四轮定位所包括的重要参数;二、根据被测数据的需要,选定了四轮定位仪的传感器和传感器控制器(LPC2132),通过LPC2132实现对传感器的控制,信号的读取与发送等;三、利用S3C2440A作为四轮定位仪的上位机控制器。其作用是控制传感器控制器,对一些由间接测量而得来的数据进行运算和处理,并驱动显示屏和触摸板实现人机交互;四、利用实验装置完成了对倾角传感器的标定,使四轮定位仪满足测量精度的需要。由于采用了微处理器和大量的集成电路,使四轮定位仪实现了小型化的目的。使用户可以手持四轮定位仪的控制器,实现了一边调整车轮姿态一边显示测量结果的目的。

【Abstract】 Four wheel alignment is a special equipment that measures wheel alignment parameters,it is through the establishment of the geometric model of the wheel toe,camber,kingpin angle,caster angle,thrust angle,wheelbase and poor steering wheel before the opening angle and orientation parameters for testing.Existing domestic four wheel alignment has bulky,low accuracy,the use of inconvenient and other shortcomings.So,this paper is focus on the wheel alignment precision,small and easy for use,developing a four wheel alignment equipment for testing toe-in and toe-out,camber,SAL,caster and so on,using micro-computer to achieve small of wheel alignment,and through experiments on different measurement model of four wheel alignment for evaluating.The content as follows:First,it describes the effect of the four wheel alignment and the important parameters of four wheel parameters contained;Second,according to the needs of the measured data,Selecting wheel alignment sensors and sensor controller(LPC2132),through the LPC2132 realizes the control of sensor and reading and sending signal,etc;Third,using S3C2440A as the total control of Four wheel alignment.Its role is to control the sensor controller,to operate and deal with indirect measurement of the number of data,and to achieve human-machine communication by driving the display and touchpad;Fourth,using experimental setup to complete the calibration of tilt sensor,meeting the needs of measurement accuracy of the wheel alignment.As using a large number of microprocessors and integrated circuits,it makes that the wheel alignment achieves the purpose of miniaturization.Users can hand-held controller of wheel alignment,achieving the purposes that adjusting wheel profile while displaying measurement results.
