玉龙矿业以“财务公司”为平台的产融结合模式构建

【摘要】 我国自1987年批准成立第一家财务公司以来,实体经营与金融的结合经历了初期、快速和规范三个阶段,在加强企业集团资金管理、增强企业集团融资、提高企业集团生产经营能力等方面起到了积极的作用。玉龙矿业是资源、资金密集型行业,怎样筹集大规模资金满足实体经营需求?怎么处理开采间歇期大量闲散现金流?怎么整合财务资源以期与经营周期进行协调匹配是目前玉龙矿业急需解决的问题。基于此背景,本文试图从产融结合的角度,借鉴产融结合的实践经验,以内蒙古玉龙矿业股份公司为分析对象,在剖析财务运行的特点与现状的基础上,为玉龙矿业设计了一套以财务公司为平台的产融结合的运行模式,其中具体阐释了采矿企业财务公司在融资板块、投资板块、在资金结算板块、运营支持板块的产融结合运作机制,以期帮助玉龙矿业提升资金管理水平,规范资金管理工作,提升资金管理效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1987,China approved the establishment of the first financial company.The combination between solid business and financial experience has experienced three stages,the early stage,the rapid development stage and the standardized stage.They play an important role in strengthening fund management of enterprise groups,reinforcing Group’s financing,improving production and management ability of enterprise groups.The mining enterprise is resources,capital-intensive trade.How to raise large-scale capital funds to meet the Entities operating demand?How to deal with Large-scale cash flows of exploiting gap?How to integrate financial resources to coordinate with operating cycle of mining industry?These are problems Dragon Mining confronts with at present.Based on this background,this paper attempts to research basing on the perspective of the Combination,Learn from experience Combination,Analysis the Mongolian Dragon Mining,Analysis characteristics of financial operations and cash flow.Design a finance company Combination mode for Dragon Mining.In this paper,we focus on analyzing of the operating mechanism of financing stage,investment-sector,the financial settlement plates and operational support plate to help with mining companies raise capital management,regulate the management of funds and improve the efficiency of fund management.更多还原
