【摘要】 十八大以来,文化建设作为“五位一体”建设中的关键一环,其重要性不言而喻。与此同时,随着我国医疗环境的不断变化,医疗行业的竞争日益加剧。医院要生存和发展不能单靠提升业务,必须要重视医院文化建设。工会作为职工之家、医院的重要组织之一,是医院与广大职工之间的桥梁和纽带,在医院文化建设中具有举足轻重的作用。如何充分发挥工会在医院文化建设中的优势,探索参与医院文化建设的新途径和新方法,是新时期医院迫切需要解决的问题,有着重要的现实意义。本研究运用文献分析法、比较分析法以及规范分析与实证研究相结合的方法,在综述国内外相关文献、分析医院文化建设发展的基础上,分析了我国医院工会参与医院文化的优势,探析了我国医院工会参与医院文化建设的现状与问题,并利用实践案例分析,提出了工会参与医院参与医院文化建设的几种基本路径选择,包括:一、以推进民主管理的路径参与医院文化建设;二、以建设“学习型”职工之家的路径参与医院文化建设;三、以增强职工凝聚力的路径参与医院文化建设;四、以成就和激励职工的路径参与医院文化;五、以丰富文化载体的路径参与医院文化建设;六、以加强工会自身建设的路径参与医院文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the cultural construction as a key link in construction,its importance is self-evident.At the same time,with the changing of the medical environment in our country,the competition of medical industry is increasing day by day.Hospital to survive and development can not rely solely on enhancing the business,we must attach importance to the construction of hospital culture.As one of the most important organizations in the hospital and the hospital,the trade union is the bridge and link between the hospital and the general staff,and has a decisive role in the hospital culture construction.How to give full play to the advantages of trade unions in hospital cultural construction,explore new ways and methods to participate in the construction of hospital culture,is the urgent need to solve the problem of the new era,has important practical significance.This study uses literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and normative analysis combined with empirical research,in the review of the related literature at home and abroad,analyzed the development of hospital cultural construction,analysis of China’s trade unions to participate in the hospital hospital culture,analyzes the current situation and problems of Chinese Medicine Institute of trade unions to participate in the construction of hospital culture and,by practice case analysis,put forward several basic path selection of trade unions to participate in the hospital to participate in the construction of hospital culture includes:first,the path of promoting the participation of democratic management in the construction of hospital culture;two,the path to build a "learning" home of workers involved in the construction of hospital culture;three,to participate in the construction of hospital culture and enhance the path of workers four,based on the path of cohesion;achievement and motivation of employees to participate in hospital culture;five,to enrich the cultural carrier in the path of hospital culture construction Set;six,in order to strengthen the construction of trade unions to participate in the path of hospital culture.更多还原
