王皓和樊振东反手拉下旋和台内拧技术动作的生物力学解析

Biomechanical Analysis of Technical Movement of Wang Hao and Fan Zhendong Backspin and Backhand Twist

【摘要】 研究目的:本文旨在通过Qualisys红外光点采集分析系统对王皓直拍横打和樊振东横板反手(拉下旋球和台内拧)的技术动作进行拍摄分析,获得两位主力队员的关键技术动作的运动学参数。通过对上肢、躯干的运动学特征分析,揭示王皓直拍横打和樊振东反手关键技术动作的运动规律,发现其异同点,为以后的训练和比赛提供数据和技术支撑,也为学习直拍横打的爱好者提供参考。研究方法:本研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、运动学测试与分析法、数理统计法,对王皓和樊振东反手拉下旋球和台内拧技术动作进行研究,主要通过对所获得的时间参数、空间参数以及各关节角度等数据进行解析。研究结论:1)反手拉下旋球技术动作周期中,樊振东时间和拍头运动总路程上小于王皓,但拍头最大速度略大于王皓;两者在引拍阶段和还原阶段用时间多,占得总时间比例最大。在X、Y、Z轴方向的最大位移看出王皓动作幅度相对较大,击球范围可能会比樊振东大。2)反手台内拧技术动作周期中,王皓总时间大于樊振东,拍头运动路程相近,在最大速度上略小于樊振东;在X、Y、Z轴方向的最大位移看出樊振东动作幅度相对较大,反手台内拧时前臂主动向前距离长,动作紧凑有力;王皓的直拍横打反手台内拧动作结构比樊振东横拍反手台内拧技术复杂,但是有利于腕关节发力,控制球速和线路。3)反手拉下旋球各环节的运动学特征为,两者躯干扭转角度都是先增大后减小;王皓直拍横打反手拉下旋球肩关节运动幅度大,为上肢关节运动提供更大空间,角度及角度变化值都比樊振东大一些;两者肘关节角度都是先增大,在还原阶段减小;腕关节在反手拉下旋过程中影响较小,两者差异不明显。4)反手台内拧各环节的运动学特征为,躯干的扭转角度对此技术影响较小;肩关节角度先增大后减小,出现抬肘现象,但是两者肩关节角最大值出现时间不同;肘关节角度变化差异明显,王皓是持续增大,樊振东则是先减小再增大;腕关节角度变化值王皓明显人于樊振东,这与握拍及技术打法有关。

【Abstract】 Research purposes:This article is intended key acquisition and analysis system by Qualisys infrared light spot on Wang Hao and Fan Zhendong Pen Hold Backhand horizontal plate backhand(backspin and backhand twist)shooting motion analysis technology,to obtain the two main players:Objective kinematic parameters of technical movements.By analyzing the upper limbs,trunk kinematics characteristic analysis revealed Wang Hao and Fan Zhendong Pen-Hold Backhand backhand movement of key technical movements found their similarities and differences,providing data and technical support for future training and competition,but also for learning Penhold cross reference dozen enthusiasts.Methods:In this study,literature,expert interviews,kinematic testing and analysis,mathematical statistics for Wang Hao and Fan Zhendong pul led backhand topspin and screwed technical action research within Taiwan,mainly obtained through time parameter,spatial parameter and the joint angle data for analysis.Conclusions:1)Pull down the backhand topspin technical action period,less than the Fan Zhendong Wang Hao beat head movement time and total distance,but slight]y larger than the maximum speed of the racket head Wang Hao;both the stage and the reduct ion stage racket with more time,it accounted for a total the largest proportion of time.The maximum displacement X,Y,Z-axis direction Wang Hao seen a relatively large range of motion,hitting the range may be greater than the Fan Zhendong.2)technical action backhand twist cycle,the total time is greater than Wang Hao Fan Zhendong,from racket head movement similar to the maximum speed of less than minor Fan Zhendong;maximum displacement X,Y,Z-axis direction seen Fan Zhendong range of motion relatively large,wi thin the backhand twist forearm initiative forward long distance,compact,powerful movements;Pen-Hold Backhand Wang Hao backhand twist within the twist action structure within the station complex technology than Fan Zhendong Hengpai backhand,but it is conducive to wrist force,speed and line control the ball.3)Pull down the kinematic characteristics backhand topspin various aspects of both trunk twist angle is reduced after the first increase;Wang Hao Pen-Hold Backhand topspin backhand pulled big shoulder range of motion for the upper articulation provided more space,angle and angle changes in the value larger than the Fan Zhendong;both are the first elbow angle increases,the decrease in the reduction stage;wrist spin chain in the process of hair less affected,the difference obvious.4)backhand twist kinematic characteristics of each link is,the twist angle of the trunk of this technology has little effect;the reduced shoulder angle first increases,lift the elbow phenomenon,but both appear shoulder angle maximum time different;change the elbow angle differences are significant,Wang Hao is continuing to increase,Fan Zhendong is the first decrease and then increase;wrist joint angle change value significantly greater than Wang Hao Fan Zhendong,which is related to grip and technical play.
