【摘要】 中国的自然灾难(如洪水,地震)以及人为灾难(车祸,矿难)时有发生。灾难事件具有破坏性大,影响面广,不确定性等特征,一旦发生,往往给人类社会带来严重影响,危及公共安全,现实社会的人们对其拥有很高的关注度。不仅如此,灾难事件具有新鲜性、显著性、接近性等等,包含很高的新闻价值,因此成为新闻媒体报道的重点。近年来,网络新闻专题得到了很大发展,在重大灾难事件发生时,网络新闻专题当之无愧的成为网络媒介激烈竞争的一个重要阵地。目前,关于网络新闻专题报道研究的文献,主要关注的是网络新闻专题的概念、特点、分类、功能等等,这部分研究相对来说较为成熟。灾难新闻网络专题研究的文献还没有。本文试图弥足此缺陷,为学界和业界做出有价值的研究成果。灾难新闻的网络专题是以网络为依托,围绕对社会产生重大影响的灾难事件,综合多种表现手段和多种报道体裁,进行连续的、全方位的、深入的报道。它具有信息传播内容即时丰富,信息传播形式多元,提供服务平台,展开多角度互动等优势,吸引了大量网民的关注,具有非常好的传播效果。灾难新闻的网络专题有助于受众及时了解灾难信息,维护社会稳定,也有助于增强网络新闻专题传播力,有助于促进网络新闻的发展。本文选取“马来西亚航班失联”、“云南鲁甸地震”、“马航客机在乌俄边境被击落”这些典型灾难新闻专题案例,结合新技术新媒体的时代背景,从理论上研究灾难新闻网络专题的传播框架,即运用网络媒介所具有的特性和能提供的“使用”,从报道新闻的专业角度出发,制定出一个具体的操作方案,帮助受众快速,简便的了解灾难事件信息,满足人们灾难发生后对信息的巨大需求和思想混乱时的心理需求;从实际操作中分析灾难新闻网络专题的编辑制作,主要包括了页面设计、标题制作、多媒体表现形式、互动渠道四个方面,并且添加了编辑制作上出现的新变化分析;在分析了实际操作上的编辑制作后,总结出了灾难新闻网络专题在实际操作上的优势是以秒为单位的信息更新、多样化的信息形式、联动式的互动渠道等等,而不足之处则包括过渡使用超链接、信息过载、真假不明、人文关怀不足以及内容同质;最后,针对不足,提出了为更有效报道灾难事件,媒介应该从强化把关、加强信息解读、融入策划元素和培养复合型人才几个方面入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes and human-made disasters such as car accident and coal mine occurred frequently in China.These disaster events are destructive,widely effective and uncertain,which often has serious impact on human society and endanger public safety once it happens.People in realistic society have very high attention to them.In addition,the disaster events have the characteristics of freshness,significance,proximity and so on,which contains very high news value,thus become the focus of the news media report.Meanwhile,network news feature got great development in recent years,and in a major disaster event occurs,the network news feature will deserve to become one of the most important positions in which network news media competition is full.At present,the literature of research on the network news reports are mainly focused on the concept,characteristics,classification,function,etc.,result in this part of research is relatively mature.The research of network disaster news feature is little.This paper fills the gaps and makes a valuable research results for academic and industry news filed.Network news feature on disaster news is continuous,comprehensive and in-depth reports based on the Internet,centering on disaster events that have significant influence on the society,combining with a variety of integrated performance means and a variety of report form.It is rich of instant information content and information dissemination form,provides the service platform and take the multiple perspectives with interaction.These advantages have make network news feature on disaster news attract the attention of a large number of Internet users and obtain a good communication effect.Network news feature on disaster news will help the audience know the disaster information in time,maintain social stability,and also helps to enhance the network news feature propagation force and promote the development of network news.This paper selects several special report on disaster news such as lost flight in Malaysia,Yunnan LuDian earthquake,plane shot down in Ukraine and Russia border,combines with the new technology and new media in the era,and theoretically studies the spread framework of the network news feature on disaster news.That is using the characters and actions of the Internet media to work out a specific operating plan from the perspective of professional the news reports,and help the audience easy to understand the disaster event information quickly,so as to meet people’s huge demand for information after the disaster and psychological need when ideological confusion.The paper also analyzes the editing of network news feature on disaster news from the practice,including page designing,title making,form performance and so on,and adds some analysis about new changes in editing and making.Then it summarizes the advantages of network news feature in practice that is in seconds information updating,diversified forms of information,the linkage type of interaction channels,etc.,and points that the disadvantages include using hyperlinks to excess,information overload,unknow homogeneity,the lack of humanistic care and content identity.Finally,in view of the insufficient,the paper proposes how to report disaster events more effectively,which is the media should strengthen control and information interpretation,integrate into the planning elements and cultivate talents.更多还原
