某公司招聘管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文重点说明了通过何种方式构建小型的人才招聘系统[1],在本文中重点是利用下述几方面展开说明:第一,简要地说明了现阶段的人才招聘情况[2],和现阶段当中的部分系统,同时研究了这部分系统[3]的一系列优势和不足,综合以上的缺陷,按照当前的部分需求构建当前的系统,并且对其实施系统的构建和分析,由此加以实现。本文主要研究了PHP语言的优劣之处,在全面研究了该语言的优劣之后,说明了当前设计的系统结构和实现的方法,同时选取了科学的设计方法设计有关的系统。按照以上的研究和需求,综合当前人才招聘管理过程中面临的全新问题,在此将系统[4]分成下述几方面的内容:人才聘用、人才资料存储、试题测试和权限管理系统,重点从四大模块重点说明其结构和实现,同时对下属的子模块予以实现,并且还对系统的结构、数据库方面均展开了详细地设计,同时对人才招聘系统实施测试和研究。最终本文还说明了系统给人才招聘工作带来的优势和便利,基于此系统的运用,可以推动工作变得更为规范和便捷,同时对有关系统的运用,可推动工作更具条例,不仅如此,也有效地增强了效率,为公司找到优秀的人才带来帮助,不仅如此该系统还可以大幅降低人力资源降低效率,给公司有效地节约了劳动成本,同时合理地减少了招聘成本。

【Abstract】 This paper illustrates how to build small recruitment system,in this article,the key is to use the following several aspects: first,briefly illustrates the current recruitment situation,and part of the system at present,and at the same time a series of advantages and disadvantages of this system is studied,and the comprehensive the above defects,according to the current part needs to build the current system,and build and analysis of the implementation of the system,thus to achieve them.This paper mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of the PHP language,after a comprehensive study of the advantages and disadvantages of the language,illustrates the design of system structure and implementation methods,and selection of a scientific design method of design about the system.According to the above research and demand,integrated the current recruitment management facing a new problem in the process,the system can be divided into the following several aspects: the content of the talent employment,the talent testing and rights management system,data storage,mainly from the four modules,especially on its structure and implementation,as well as the subordinate of sub module to be addressed,and also on the system structure,database design are carried out in detail,at the same time for talent recruitment system implementation the test and research.Finally this paper also illustrates the advantages and convenience brought about by the system to the recruitment work,based on the use of this system,can promote work has become more standard and convenient,at the same time the use of relevant system,can promote work more regulations,not only that,but also effectively enhances the efficiency,bring help find the best talent for the company,not only that the system can also greatly reduce human resources to reduce efficiency,effectively save the labor cost to the company,reasonably to reduce the cost of hiring at the same time.
