IC贸易公司人才流失案例研究

【摘要】 伴随着市场经济的深入发展,人才的重要作用日益明显。企业之间的竞争,其本质就是人才的竞争。企业唯有人才充足,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争脱颖而出。在改革开放不断深化的过程中,中小民营企业得到了蓬勃发展,在我国经济发展中占据日益重要的地位。在拉动经济增长、促进社会就业等方面起到了不可估量的作用。但长久以来,严重的人才流失成为阻碍其发展壮大最关键的问题,甚至威胁到企业的生存。因此如何全面系统的解决人才流失问题,是我国中小民营企业进一步发展的第一要务。本文以IC贸易公司人才流失案例为研究对象,对企业人才流失现状进行多角度分析。然后运用人力资源管理的相关知识并结合企业实际,着重从人力资源战略规划、企业文化建设、招聘与培训、薪酬管理与绩效考核以及员工职业生涯管理这五个方面深入分析导致其人才流失的原因。根据分析结果,建议企业以战略眼光规划人力资源布局,塑造有凝聚力的企业文化,建设科学、完善的人力资源管理体系来改善人才流失的现状,从而为企业可持续发展奠定坚实基础。

【Abstract】 With the in-depth development of market economy,the increasing necessity of talents becomes vital.In essence,the real competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.Only when the enterprises have enough talents can they remain grow sturdily among the increasingly furious market competition.In the process of constant deepening of China’s reform and opening,small and medium-sized private enterprises boomed and occupied an increasingly important position in China’s economic development.They played an invaluable role in stimulating economic growth,promote employment and so on.However,for a long time,serious brain drain has become the key issue that hinders their development and growth,and even threatens their survival.Therefore,how to solve the brain drain systematically,attract and retain talents is the primary task of small and medium private enterprises in their further development.Take the brain drain in IC Trading Company as research object and reflects the current status of brain drain from multi-angle aspects.By utilizing the relevant knowledge of HRM and combines with the actually situation of the company,fully analyzing the reasons which leading to brain drain of IC Trading Company from five aspects which are human resource strategic planning,corporate culture construction,recruitment and training,pay management,performance evaluation and staff career management.Then put forward the corresponding solutions according to the analysis results,it is suggested that the enterprise should plan a layout of human resources with strategic vision,create a cohesive enterprise culture,build a scientific and efficient HRM system to change the current situation of brain drain,and finally to lay a solid foundation for sustainable development of the enterprise.
