航空发动机自润滑关节轴承组件加工工艺研究

【摘要】 自润滑关节轴承在国内外先进航空发动机中,尤其是发动机难维护部位使用广泛。国外关节轴承的制造标准比较健全,但出于技术保密鲜有公布。国内对关节轴承零件的加工方面开展的研究工作并不深入,自行生产的零件在发动机长期工作一段时间后,经常出现轴承松动,甚至脱落现象,经常导致发动机故障,故该类零件主要通过进口,此局面制约国产发动机这一领域的发展,因此开展航空发动机自润滑关节轴承制造技术及产品标准的研究具有重要的价值。本文研究以数控车削加工、珩磨加工、夹具设计、二次静压翻边、轴承力检测等为理论基础,对航空发动机自润滑关节轴承的加工、装配和翻边固定的整个工艺过程进行改进,从而规范加工、装配、翻边、脱出检验等方法与技术要求。其中,通过提高连杆零件的内孔圆柱度、倒角及安装平面的厚度尺寸的加工精度,控制零件的装夹变形,确保零件尺寸满足组合件的装配、翻边需求;通过对工序加工能力的分析,确定了连杆零件端面磨削、内孔珩磨等工序的加工方法;通过设计制造自定心装配、翻边模具,保证组合件装配及翻边过程中定位准确、翻边均匀,翻边后轴承能够承受一定的轴向载荷而不出现脱出现象,且在组合件中能够灵活转动;通过质量工具—minitab软件,对整个测量系统进行了评价,保证了测量系统的可靠性;通过试验积累数据,形成轴承固定后的许用压出轴向力标准、轴承摆动和旋转灵活性力矩值标准以及轴承固定后外圈位移检查载荷值等一系列标准;最终,通过模拟发动机使用状态进行了2.5万次摆动循环试验,确保了组合件在发动机长期工作时的使用可靠性。以上过程的研究与实践,不仅掌握了关节轴承中连杆零件的加工制造技术、组合件装配与翻边技术、轴承的转动力矩及脱出力检测技术等,而且固化了关节轴承零件制造的工艺过程,优化了零件的设计参数,量化了零件的检验标准,使自润滑关节轴承的加工质量达到了国外进口零件的标准,有效防止了轴承在发动机工作过程中出现松动或脱出现象,并实现了零件的批量生产,满足航空发动机的使用性能,使航空发动机自润滑关节轴承的工艺制造技术在国内行业中不再空白。

【Abstract】 Maintenance-free knuckle bearings are widely applied in the advanced aircraft engines at home and abroad,especially those in the engines which are difficult to maintain.The manufacturing standard of oversea is more perfect of knuckle bearing,but it is rarely announced because of technical secret.However domestic study on knuckle bearing of the parts processing is not carried out in-depth and the parts by self production in the engine often become flexible and even fall off after long-term work.This often lead to the breakdown of the engine so that import is the main way,which situation seriously restrict the development of the field of domestic engine,therefore it has a significant value to study the manufacturing technology and product standards of maintenance-free knuckle bearing of aircraft engine.In the article,it studies the CNC machining,honing processing,fixture design,secondary static flanging and bearing force detection as the theoretical foundation of improving the whole process which include the processing,assembly and flanging of aero engine self-lubricating bearing,so as to standardize the methods of processing,assembly,flanging,inspection and other technical requirements.First,the clamping deformation of the part is controlled by machining accuracy of the cylindricity of the inner hole,chamfering and thickness dimension of the mounting plane,so as to ensure that the part size satisfies the requirements of assembly and flanging.Second,by the analysis of the processing capacity,it can get the machining method of process to link that is end plane grinding and hole honing.Third,by designing and manufacturing to self-centering assembly and flanging die,the positioning assembly and the flanging process are accurate and made the flanging uniform and it can withstand the axial load without prolapse after flanging and the assembly can rotate flexibly.Fourth,through quality tools-Minitab software,it can apply the measurement system of evaluation to ensure the reliability of the whole measurement system.Fifth,the accumulation of data through the test has built a series of standard the formation of the allowable pressure after fixed bearing axial force,bearing swing and rotation flexibility torque value standard and bearing outer ring fixed displacement check load value.Finally,by the simulation of engine state,more than 25 thousand times swing cycle have been tested to ensure reliability of the assembly in the work phase.Through the study and practice to knuckle bearing,it masters not only the processing technology,the assembly and flanging technology,the rotational torque of the bearing and detection technology of the stripping force but also improving the process,the design parameters of parts and the optimized quantization of parts inspection standard to make self-lubricating knuckle bearing reach the standard of imported and effectively to prevent the bearing loosening or dislocation.Meanwhile the technology has been realized parts batch production and to meet the performance of the engine.Most important of all,the self-lubricating knuckle bearing manufacturing technology of the engine is no longer blank in the domestic industry.
