【摘要】 随着中国国力的日益昌盛,科普事业快速发展,人们对科普的需求日渐提高,但我国高层次科普人才总量不能满足工作需求,科普人才的质量制约着科普事业的长足发展。《中国科协科普人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》提出“到2020年,培养和造就一支规模适度、结构优化、素质优良的科普人才队伍”,并“重点培育一批高水平的科普场馆专门人才和......高端科普人才”。2012年,教育部与中国科协联合启动培养高层次科普专门人才试点工作。2013年首批在清华大学、北京航空航天大学、北京师范大学、华东师范大学、浙江大学、华中科技大学6所高校。本研究调查对象为首批6所试点高校的科普硕士毕业生,对试点高校的课程设置,师资状况,双导师制,学习资源,实习实训,学位论文这六个方面进行问卷调查并分析。结合这6所高校的实际教学情况,总结现有高层次科普人才培养模式,发现在培养过程中存在的问题。最后借鉴英国,美国,澳大利亚三国的高层次科普人才(科学传播专业)培养模式,探究其课程设置,培养流程,专业特点等方面的经验,从而为我国高校的高层次科普人才培养和发展提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the growing prosperity of China’s national power,the rapid development on the popularization of science,people’s increasing demand for popularization of science.However,the total amount of high-level popular science talents can not satisfied the demands of science popularization,The quality of popular science talents restricting the rapid development of science popularization.《Outline of the development on the popularization of science talents of China Association for science and technology(2010-2020)》:“By 2020,we should cultivate and develop a popular science talents team with moderate scale,optimized structure and excellent quality”and“Focus on cultivating a number of high-level science and technology venue talents and......High-end popular science talent”.2012,the Ministry of education and the China Association for science and technology jointly launched the pilot training of high-level popular science talents.In 2013,the first batch of 6 universities in Tsinghua University,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Beijing Normal University,East China Normal University,Zhejiang University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The subjects of this research are master of science popularization graduates from the first batch of 6 pilot colleges and universities,This thesis from six aspects to carry on the questionnaire survey and analysis,the pilot college curriculum setting,teacher status,double tutor system,learning resources,practical training.Based on the actual teaching situation of the 6 colleges and universities,this paper sums up the existing training mode of high level science popularization talents,and finds out the problems existing in the training process.At last,According to the United States,Britain,Australia’s high level of science popularization talents(science communication professional)to explore the training mode,curriculum,training process,professional characteristics and other aspects of the experience,and put forward suggestions for the development of high-level science popularization talents training of China’s colleges and universities.更多还原
