溶液空调性能实验研究
Experimental Study on Performance of Humidity Regulating Air Condition

【摘要】 提高室内空气品质降低空调能耗,研发功能更为齐全的空调系统对于节约社会资源以及保护人体健康具有重要的意义。溶液调湿系统中的盐溶液可有效杀灭空气中的细菌,沉降空气中的灰尘,从而净化空气。本文致力于将溶液调湿技术应用于家用分体式空调中,在家用分体式空调的基础上实现对室内空气温度、湿度的独立调节和杀菌除尘的功能。本文首先构建了适用于小型溶液空调的循环系统,给出了系统运行原理图,分析了夏季和冬季循环过程。在系统构建中,填料选取Celdek湿膜材料,除湿溶液选择LiCl和CaCl2的混合溶液。然后研究了添加填料对空调循环风量的影响,测试了不同风速和不同填料倾角条件下空调的风速衰减率,结果显示当填料倾角为75°时风速衰减率最小。最后对系统的除湿性能和再生性能进行了实验研究。在除湿性能实验中,首先研究了溶液浓度、流量以及风量这几个因素对除湿量的影响,得到最大除湿量约为0.996kg/h。其次研究了它们对除湿效率的影响,得到最高除湿效率5.53%。通过对比不同因素对系统性能的影响,得出溶液浓度的变化能较大幅度的影响除湿性能的结论。在再生性能实验中,主要研究了再生溶液温度以及风量对出口再生溶液的浓度以及再生量的影响,最大再生量1.087kg/h。对比实验结果得到再生温度相较于其它因素对再生性能的影响更大。本文研究结果为家用溶液空调的优化设计提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 To improve indoor air quality and reduce energy consumption of air conditioning,the research to complete air conditioning system with more functions is of great significance for saving social resources and protecting human health.The application of liquid desiccant in household split type air conditioner,not only adjust the t humidity of indoor air independently,but also improve indoor air quality in consideration of ther dehumidification salt solution which can effectively kill bacteria in the air and the settlement of dust in the air.In this paper,a small air conditioning circulation system is constructed,and the operating principle of the system is given.In the construction of the system,the Celdek wet film material was selected,and the mixed solution of LiCl and CaCl2 was chosen as the dehumidification solution.This paper studies the effect of air conditioning circulating air after adding the fillings,by testing the decay rate air under the conditions of different wind speed and different filling angle.The results showed that when the filling angle is 75 degree wind velocity attenuation rate minimum.In the experiment of dehumidification performance,the effect of solution concentration,flow rate and air volume on dehumidification is studied.The maximum dehumidification is about 0.996kg/h.Secondly,the effect of dehumidification efficiency was studied,and the maximum dehumidification efficiency was 5.53%.Through the comparison of the different factors to bring about the change of the system performance,the change of the solution concentration can greatly affect the dehumidification performance.In the regeneration experiment,the effects of the temperature and the air volume on the regeneration solution concentration and regeneration were studied.The maximum regeneration was 1.087kg/h.Through the comparison of the experimental results,it is found that the regeneration temperature has a greater influence on the regeneration performance than other factors.The results of this study provide a reference basis for the optimal design of household solution air conditioning.
