基于软PLC的轴承装配高测量系统研究及实现

【摘要】 当前我国的工业发展正处于从提高产量到追求质量的关键转变时期,制造业竞争空前激烈。众多装备制造企业加大科研投入,采用新技术来提升产品性价比以保持企业持续的竞争力。轴承是生产量最大的基础零部件之一,目前国内的轴承装配线还在大量使用传统PLC或者工控机以实现产线的控制功能。因为采用封闭的结构体系,传统PLC存在兼容性差等诸多弊端;而基于工控机的控制方案则必然会浪费丰富的软硬件资源,使其成本难以降低。本文提出将软PLC技术应用于轴承装配高测量,软PLC既通过软件的方式模拟了传统PLC的控制过程,又像工控机一样可选择类型丰富的硬件模块针对性解决测量需求。本文以软PLC技术为基础,通过分析轴承装配高的测量需求,设计了一套基于软PLC的轴承装配高测量系统。首先,对比当前轴承装配的传统控制方案和基于软PLC的控制方案,提出了课题研究的意义。接着,参考国家标准关于轴承装配高测量的规定,设计了测量系统的机械装置。然后,根据本课题所使用的软PLC的特性,给出了测量系统的软硬件框架,同时在软PLC中采用符合IEC61131-3标准的五种语言编写应用程序;采用python编写数据交互脚本;采用Qtouch组态软件为软PLC运行系统编写HMI。最后对测量系统进行实验验证,基于测试结果,评估测量系统的性能。本文详细地论述了软PLC的软硬件组成以及采用软PLC技术设计轴承装配高测量系统的过程,对于软PLC在轴承检测领域的应用研究具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Currently,China’s industrial development is in a critical period of changing from increasing quantity to increasing quality,and the competition in manufacturing industry is unprecedented.Many equipment manufacturers have increased investment in R&D and adopt new technology to improve product’s C/P ratio and maintain enterprises’ competitiveness.Bearings is one of the largest production of basic components,but most domestic bearing assembly lines are still being controlled by traditional PLC or IPC.The traditional PLC is designed in closed structure,which brings traditional PLC many disadvantages,such as poor compatibility.Also the control scheme based on IPC,which wastes hardware and software resources,is difficult to reduce the cost.This paper put forward the application of soft PLC technology in bearing width measurement.Not only can this kind of control scheme simulate the control process of traditional PLC,it can also take advantage of lots of common hardware modules as the IPC do.On the base of soft PLC technology,this paper analyzed the requirements of bearing width measurement and designed a measurement system based on soft PLC.First of all,the paper compared the traditional control scheme of bearing assembling with the control scheme based on soft PLC and put forward the significance of studying the application of bearing width measurement based on soft PLC.Then,considering about the national standard on the bearing width measurement,this paper designed the mechanical measuring system.Then,taking the characteristics of soft PLC into considerations,this paper developed the hardware and software framework.The PLC application program can be edited with five languages which are abided by IEC61131-3 standard;Python data interactive script was written;HMI for soft PLC operating system was edited with Qtouch configuration software.Finally,the measurement system was verified by experiments,and the performance of the measurement system was evaluated based on the test results.This paper discussed the composition of soft PLC in detail,used PLC technology to design the system of bearing width measurement system.The paper can be certain reference for the application of soft PLC in the field of bearing assembling and measurement.
