【摘要】 比较安全学是解决安全问题的一门新学科,为进一步完善比较安全学学科体系,推动比较安全学的研究工作,本文在对比较学、比较文学、比较教育学等学科研究的基础上,从比较功能、范围和方法的角度研究比较安全学。本文将比较安全学的学科功能划分借鉴、安全模式与示范、理论与规律揭示、预测与控制四个功能。将比较安全学的学科领域划分为影响研究、安全模式研究、跨学科研究、安全认知四个领域。在方法论方面,构建比较安全学领域的SBCS体系,将比较划分为简单比较(S)、基本比较(B)、复合比较(C)和科学比较(S)4个层次。基于编辑学、政治学科知识,从部位、背景、模式、质量、特征、时空、属性和基础8个类别出发,将基本比较方法划分为16种,以此为基础探讨基本比较方法、综合比较方法和科学比较方法之间的关系,绘制比较方法基础图。结合比较学文献,提出比较空间和比较维度的概念。在传统比较流程基础上,加入定性的反馈特性和定量的稳定特性,构建比较安全学研究的内部比较循环和外部反馈循环双循环结构。最后将比较安全学方法应用到具体实例中,对中美校园安全文化和中美煤矿安全进行比较研究,得出在校园安全文化和煤矿安全方面应该改进的地方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparative safety science is a new subject to solve the problem of security.In order to perfect the discipline system of comparative safety science,promote comparative safety science research,based on comparative study,comparative literature,comparative education and so on,the comparative safety science was studied from the function of comparison,tscope,and comparative method point of view in this paper.Subject function was divided into 4 parts(including reference,safe mode and demonstration,theory and the law,predict and control)in this paper.Subject areas was divided into 4 parts(including impact reasearch,safe mode research,interdisciplinary research,safety awareness).The system of SBCS was established in the field of comparative safety science and divided into simple comparison,basic comparison,complex comparison and science comparison.Based on editology,politics subjects,basic comparative method was divided into 8 parts(including background,pattern,quality,features,time and space,property and basis)and was further divided into 16 species.The basic diagram of the comparative method of comparative safety science was drawn,which reflects the relationship of basic comparison method,comprehensive comparison method and scientific comparison method.By synthesizing comparative study data,the concepts of comparative space and comparative dimension were put forward.On the basis of the traditional comparative process,the character of qualitative feedback and quantitative stability was added into the process,the double cycle structure of comparative research,including the inner comparative cycle and outer feedback cycle,was established.At last,the method of comparative safety science is applied to the specific instances,the campus safety culture and coal mine safety were studied.Several improvement measures were concluded to the campus safety culture and the coal mine safety.更多还原
