【摘要】 近几年,随着高科技的飞速发展,高节奏便利的工作方式越来越受人们所喜爱。于此同时,在企业之间高强度的竞争压力下,企业为了不被淘汰,需要不断的改革与创新。因此,如何简化员工的办事方式,提高员工的办事效率,已经成为人们主要关注的问题。如今随着互联网时代的到来,企业需要将传统企业纸质办公方式与新兴的互联网信息技术相结合,将传统复杂的办公方式电子化、信息化,使员工的工作方式从线下转到线上,极大的简化员工的办事方式,提高员工的办事效率,降低企业的运营成本。针对企业便携高效工作方式的需求,设计开发了一个基于PHP的办公自动化系统。其主要功能模块有:考勤管理、审批管理、任务管理、工作日报管理、信息管理和统计管理等。考勤管理模块主要是考勤设置、考勤打卡、假期规则设置和我的考勤日历等。审批模块主要包括新建流程、流程办理、已办流程、流程监控等。工作日报模块有我的报告、待阅报告、报告查询。任务管理主要有我的任务、待办任务、已办任务和知会任务等。信息管理模块主要是通知管理、信息发布管理、通讯录管理和网址管理等功能。统计管理模块主要包括任务统计、审批统计、出勤报表统计、日报总结统计等功能。本系统开发使用的主要技术是PHP和MYSQL数据库。PHP技术是目前比较流行的Web开发技术,PHP技术替代了传统的C/S架构的系统开发,它将Web前端网页技术与后端MYSQL数据库技术相结合,不仅实现了更加灵活的B/S架构的网站系统开发,而且对Web数据库的管理更加灵活和方便。MYSQL数据库技术是开源免费的,其开发成本低、操作简单方便、存储功能强大高效,是目前非常主流的数据库管理软件之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the rapid development of high-tech,high-paced and convenient way of working,more and more popular.In the meantime,under the pressure of intense competition among enterprises,in order to seek development and obtain efficient work efficiency,enterprises need continuous reform and innovation.Therefore,how to improve staff’s efficiency and improve staff’s life style has become a major concern.Nowadays,with the advent of the Internet age,companies need to combine traditional corporate paper office methods with emerging Internet information technologies to digitally and electronically integrate traditional and complicated office methods so that their work methods can be transferred from offline to online,which greatly simplifies the way employees work and improves the staff’s efficiency and also reduces the operating cost of the enterprise.Aiming at the needs of portable and efficient working methods for enterprises,an enterprise network office automation system based on PHP was designed and developed.The main functional modules of this system design are: attendance management,approval management,task management,work day report management,information management and statistical management.Attendance management module is mainly the attendance settings,attendance punch,holiday rules set and attendance statistics.The approval module mainly includes new processes,process management,established processes,and process monitoring.The workday module has my report,pending report,and report query.Task management mainly includes my tasks,to-do tasks,tasks that have already been completed,and tasks to be informed.The information management module is mainly for notification management,information release management,address book management and web site management.The statistical management module mainly includes functions such as task completion statistics,comprehensive approval statistics,attendance report statistics,login log statistics,daily report statistics,and working hours.The main technologies used in the development of this article are PHP and MYSQL databases.PHP technology is currently the more popular web development technology.PHP technology replaces the traditional C/S architecture system development.It combines web front-end web page technology with back-end MYSQL database technology to achieve a more flexible B/S architecture.Web site system development,but also more flexible and convenient for web database management.MYSQL database technology is free and ope n source.Its low development cost,simple and convenient operation,and powerful and efficient storage function make it a very popular database management software.更多还原
