蓖麻油改性端硅烷聚醚密封胶的制备和性能

【摘要】 端硅烷聚醚密封胶(简称MS密封胶,下同)最初由日本钟化实现生产,其主链是以端硅氧烷基封端的聚醚。在性能上综合了聚氨酯和硅酮密封胶的优点,具有耐老化、耐化学介质、高温下不易发泡等优良性能,主要应用在建筑和汽车等领域。传统的MS密封胶增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,但是由于潜在地对人体和环境的危害性,已有多国禁止使用或者限用。在本论文中我们尝试使用蓖麻油作为MS密封胶的增塑剂,以达到相关环保的要求,并且也证实了此方案的可实施性。首先,我们研究了蓖麻油和MS树脂的相容性,发现两者相容性很好,达到了作为增塑剂的前提条件。然后制备了几种不同环保增塑剂体系的MS密封胶,并对其相关性能做了比较。结果显示蓖麻油在耐热性能和贮存稳定性上表现良好,但是相关力学性能和粘接性能还有待提高,所以接下来本论文的主要内容就是如何设计配方和优化工艺条件使得蓖麻油体系MS密封胶的此类性能得到改善。第三章中,我们分别研究了MS/蓖麻油密封胶配方中各组分的选择和添加量对其力学性能和粘接性能的影响。结果表明:以MS3为基体树脂,蓖麻油添加量为30质量份,填料为纳米CaCO3和重质CaCO36008配合使用且m(纳米CaCO3):m(重质CaCO36008)=2:1,硅烷偶联剂是KH-792,催化剂选择DBTL,另外添加适量的除水剂、着色剂、触变剂等可使蓖麻油MS密封胶的综合性能达到最优如下:拉伸强度3.147MPa,拉伸剪切强度2.781MPa,表干时间25min,固化速度3.85mm/24h,断裂伸长率182%,邵A硬度60,而且耐热性耐水性能良好,贮存稳定性能良好。
【Abstract】 The silane-terminated polyether sealant(MS sealant)was originally produced by Japan Bell and its main chain was terminated with a siloxane-terminated polyether.In terms of performance,it combines the advantages of polyurethane and silicone sealants,and has excellent properties such as aging resistance,chemical resistance,and high foaming at high temperatures.It is mainly used in construction and automotive applications.Traditional MS seal plasticizers are phthalates,but due to the potential harm to the human body and the environment,many countries have banned or restricted use.In this paper,we try to use castor oil as a plasticizer for MS sealant to meet the requirements of environmental protection,and also confirmed the feasibility of this program.First of all,we studied the compatibility of castor oil and MS resin and found that the compatibility of the two is very good,and it is a precondition for plasticizer.Then,several MS sealants with different environmental plasticizers were prepared and their relative properties were compared.The results show that castor oil performs well in heat resistance and storage stability,but the related mechanical properties and adhesive properties need to be improved,so the main content of this paper is how to formulate the formula and optimize the process conditions so that castor oil system MS and such properties of the glue are improved.In the third chapter,we studied the influence of the selection and the amount of each component in the MS sealant formulation on its mechanical properties and adhesive properties.The results showed that: MS1 was used as the matrix resin,castor oil was added in an amount of 30 parts by mass,fillers include nano-Ca CO3 and heavy Ca CO36008 were used,and m(nano-Ca CO3):m(heavy Ca CO36008)=2:1,silane coupling agent is KH-792,the catalyst is DBTL,addition of an appropriate amount of water remover,colorant,thixotropic agent,etc.can make the overall performance of castor oil MS sealant to achieve the following optimal: tensile strength 3.147 MPa,tensile shear strength 2.781 MPa,surface dry time 25 min,curing speed 3.85mm/24 h,breaking elongation at break 182%,Shore A hardness 58,heat resistance and good storage stability.
