G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目的时间管理及其优化研究

【摘要】 学士学位授权审核机制是对本科教学质量和人才培养质量的重要保障措施。对高校而言,学位授权标志着一所高等院校学科建设水平和办学层次。能否顺利通过学士学位授权审核,甚至决定着学校的生存空间和发展前景。因此,探索项目时间管理在高校学士学位授权审核评建项目中的应用及其优化策略,成为当前迫切且重要的一个课题。项目时间管理是一门极有技术价值的应用型学科,契合高校学士学位授权审核评建项目对高效管理方法的迫切需求。作为一种先进的管理方法,项目时间管理已被广泛应用于包括教育领域在内的各个社会领域。高校学士学位授权审核评建项目往往时间紧、任务重,亟需一种实用有效的时间管理方式支持。而项目时间管理具有技术价值高、应用性强等特点,契合高校学士学位授权审核评建项目的管理需求。本文以G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目为案例,首先简要介绍了G学院的办学性质与管理体制和发展历程,以及G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目的时间要求,透析G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目时间管理的意义。继而对G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目时间管理的现状进行分析,剖析现存的“计划→实施→报告”三阶段式时间管理方法。总结G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目时间管理存在的问题,例如项目时间管理出现漏洞和团队成员工作效率较低等,并从项目时间管理程序设计和基本方法两大方面,深入分析问题背后的原因。最后,本文提出了G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目时间管理的优化策略。一方面,从项目时间管理的程序设计进行优化,从项目活动定义到项目活动排序,从活动资源估算到活动持续时间估算,从制定项目进度计划到项目进度控制,六个环节都进行了优化设计。另一方面,从优化评估项目时间管理模式、完善项目进度动态控制机制、完善组织管理方式等方面,对G学院学士学位授权审核评建项目时间管理的基本方法进行优化。
【Abstract】 The evaluation mechanism of audit of bachelor degree authorization is an important measure to guarantee the quality of undergraduate teaching and cultivation.As for the university,degree authorization signifies the levels of subject construction and administration of the higher-education institutions.The livings and prospects of the campus even depend on whether to pass the audit of bachelor degree authorization or not.Hence,an urgent and significant issue has been raised currently that how time management of the project is applied and what are the optimized strategies in the construction of audit of bachelor degree authorization.Project time management is a technically valuable,application-based subject,satisfying the urgent need of audit process for high-efficient management.As an advanced management,it has been widely applied to each social area including education with the characteristics of technologically high value and of high practicability.It also caters to the management demand of audit of bachelor-degree authorization which requires a practical and valid time management owing to the limited time and challenging task.This passage takes College G with the project about the audit for example.First of all,brief introduction is given about College G,such as education management,progress,time requirement and the significance of time management as well.Next,the status-quo analysis is listed about project time management in College G,dissecting the three-phase time management of ‘planning-implementing-reporting’.Then conclusion is drawn about the existing problems in the management such as the inside flaws and low efficiency in the teamwork,etc.,then investigating the inner causes from the two perspectives,one of which is the procedural design,and the other is the basic methods.Last but not least,the strategic optimization of the College G is also proposed.O ne one hand,optimization concentrates on the procedural design,activity definition,activity ranking,resource budget,time-consuming estimate,progress plan and the progress manipulation.On the other hand,optimized strategies focus on the basic methods of the management in the fields of time-management optimization,perfection of dynamic-control mechanism and of organizational management,and so on.
