新能源发电特性与经济特性研究

【摘要】 为了顺应时代发展的潮流以及经济的快速进步,传统的能源利用模式已经无法满足人民日益增长的能源需求量。目前世界各国均开始调整其能源战略,大力发展新能源产业已成为各国共识。我国地域辽阔,新能源资源丰富,近年来在政策驱动的利好下,新能源产业蓬勃发展。但由于发展速度过快,新能源发展策略不清晰,新能源产业发展呈现一定混乱局面,暴露出一些以往未出现过的问题。本文首先分析新能源发电特性,通过对新能源发展最火热的光伏发电和风力发电的分析,以及对其输入输出性能进行理论计算,分析了光伏和风电接入对系统的影响。其次,对各类能源产业发展现状进行了深入研究,分析了当前经济社会发展面临的能源问题以及清洁能源发展所面临的问题,通过平准化能源成本分析法(LCOE),对火电、光伏、风电的发电成本进行了定量计算,选取榆林地区的太阳能和风力资源发电进行分析,对其输出模型进行仿真建模,最后进行动态分析。此外,进行了风电、光伏应用成本的敏感性分析,根据分析的结果,提出了一个新能源发电和常规发电的协调发展计划。再次,本文研究了新能源发电的价格模型,分析了新能源发电的电价商定机制。探索各类不同情况下新能源上网电价的变化原理,并把政府把控、不完全市场和完全市场状况下的政府、新能源发电单位以及电网公司在其中把握不同的决策方向,探讨在每个获益主体都均收益的情况下的合理策略即均衡电价,从而促进新能源发电产业的发展。最后,论文对当前新能源产业政策进行宏观分析,对电价政策提出了针对性建议。

【Abstract】 With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society,energy and resource consumption continue to grow rapidly around the world.At present,countries around the world are beginning to adjust their energy strategy that exploring new energy industry has become a consensus.China’s rich in new energy resources,in the policy-driven good,the new energy industry to flourish in recent years.However,due to unclear development strategy,the development of new energy industry presents a certain chaotic situation,exposing some new problems.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the new energy power generation,through the analysis of the development of new energy hot photovoltaic and wind power,and the input and output performance was calculated,analyzed the influence of photovoltaic and wind power access system.Secondly,the current situation of the development of energy industry in various types of in-depth research,analysis of facing the current economic and social development of energy and clean energy development,through the levelized cost of energy analysis(LCOE),the thermal power,wind power,photovoltaic power generation costs were calculated,select the Yulin area solar and wind power resources analysis,simulation modeling of the output model,finally carries on the dynamic analysis.In addition,the sensitivity analysis of the cost of wind power and photovoltaic applications is carried out.Based on the analysis results,a coordinated development plan of new energy generation and conventional power generation is proposed.Thirdly,this paper studies the price model of new energy power generation,and analyzes the pricing mechanism of new energy generation.To explore the changes of various principle under different conditions of new energy tariff,and the government to control,not the complete market and market conditions of the government,the new energy power generation units and the Power Grid Corp in which to grasp the decision-making in different directions,to explore the reasonable strategies are the main benefit gains in each case is the equilibrium price,so as to promote the the development of new energy power generation industry.Finally,the paper makes a macro analysis of the current new energy industry policy,and puts forward some suggestions for the price policy.
