海上风潮流混合驱动系统键合图建模与仿真

【摘要】 随着陆上可开发的风力资源越来越少,液压型海上风电机组凭借巨大的能源储量、灵活调整的传动比、可抑制风速波动进而提高电能品质等优势吸引了全世界研究者的目光。本文主要在介绍一种以海水为介质的串联式风潮流混合驱动系统。在该系统的结构、工作原理的基础上,以系统传递功率为研究对象,采用功率键合图的方法建立了系统数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink软件中建立仿真模型。重点研究风潮流混合驱动系统的最大能量捕获策略与抑制输出功率波动的方法。全文研究工作如下:(1)提出了以海水为介质的串联式风潮流混合驱动系统结构,采用了功率键合图方法搭建系统模型,并根据不同的输入情况对系统进行了工况及功率流分析。(2)提出了风潮流混合驱动系统最大能量捕获以及稳定功率输出策略。其中包括基于调节液压泵排量的叶轮最优功率点追踪系统、基于补偿泵与压力调节阀的流量控制系统和基于蓄能器与调节变截面喷嘴的输出功率波动抑制系统。(3)搭建了 5.5kW液压型直驱式风电仿真平台,进行蓄能器的容量与蓄能器储能能力和抑制输出功率波动能力关系的研究。通过分析和对比实验结果,在实验条件下,20.3升容量的蓄能器与10升容量的蓄能器实验结果基本相同且均能有效抑制输出功率波动。

【Abstract】 With the increasing number of onshore developments,the hydraulic type offshore wind power unit has attracted the attention of researchers all over the world with its great energy reserves,flexible transmission ratio,and the ability to restrain wind speed fluctuation and improve power quality.This paper mainly introduces a kind of hybrid driving system which uses seawater as the medium.On the basis of the structure and working principle of the system,research system delivers power.The mathematical model of the system was established by using power bond graph method,and the simulation model was established in Simulink software.This paper focuses on the method of the maximum energy capture strategy and the suppression output power fluctuation of the hybrid power generation system.The research work is as follows:(1)In this paper,the structure of the hybrid driving system with the seawater as the medium is put forward,and the system model is set up by the power bonding graph method,and the working condition and power flow analysis are carried out according to the different input conditions.(2)In this paper,the maximum energy capture and stable power output strategy of the hybrid drive system are proposed.Among them,the optimal power point tracking system for impeller based on the displacement of hydraulic pump,the flow control system based on compensation pump and pressure regulating valve,and the output power fluctuation suppression system based on the accumulator and the variable section nozzle.(3)In this paper,a 5.5kw hydraulic direct-drive wind power simulation platform was built,and the energy storage capacity of the accumulator and the relationship between the energy storage capacity of the accumulator and the fluctuation capacity of the output power were studied.By analyzing and comparing the experimental results,the experimental results of 20.3L accumulator and 10L accumulator are basically the same and can effectively suppress the output power fluctuation.
