高海拔地区继电保护装置可靠性的研究

【摘要】 继电保护是电力系统的重要构成,是电力系统的第一道防线,因此提高继电保护的可靠性就尤其重要。微机保护所用的电子元器件对所处环境有较高的要求,较严酷的环境对其正常运行会造成不利的影响。高海拔地区的气候环境非常恶劣,如温度,海拔等,对继电保护装置的正常运行就是一个很大的考验。分析了高海拔地区的气候特点,并针对这些特点对电气设备造成的影响进行了分析。分析了影响微机保护可靠性的因素,提出了提高继电保护装置可靠性的有关措施及以后需改进的方向。对高海拔地区两个变电站发生的一次继电保护装置故障的实例进行了分析,找出了故障位置,并进一步通过试验分析了出故障原因。针对其中一个变电站出现的继电保护装置的故障,提出了两种提高装置可靠性的措施,并对这两种方案进行了比较,最后选出其中一种方案投入运行。对55台330kV及以上该类主保护设备进行了改进工作,截止目前装置运行稳定正常,再未发生过同类型故障。现场运行结果证明了这项改进措施的可行性。

【Abstract】 As the first defence of power system,it is significant part of power system,so how to increase the reliability becomes an increasing attention subject.Microcomputer protection using electronic components on the environment have a higher demand,more harsh environment for its normal work will have a negative impact.The high-altitude climate is very poor,such as temperature,altitude,etc.,which is a great test for the normal work of relay protection devices.The climatic characteristics of high altitude areas were found and summarized,and the impact of these characteristics on electrical equipment was analyzed.The factors affecting the reliability of microprocessor-based protection are analyzed,and some countermeasures to improve the reliability of microprocessor-based protection devices are put forward,and some aspects that should be noticed and improved in the future are put forward.The fault location of a relay protection device in a substation is analyzed,the fault location is found,and the fault cause is analyzed by the fault plug test.For the fault of relay protection device in substation,two measures to improve device reliability are put forward and compared.Finally,one of the better schemes is put into operation.The main protection equipment of 55 330kV and above has been improved.As of now,the device is running stably and normally,and the same type of fault has not happened again.The results of the field operation demonstrate the feasibility of this improvement.
