茶叶理条压扁机设计与研究

【摘要】 目前我国扁形茶生产以纯手工和半机械化加工为主,存在生产效率低、工艺复杂、成本高、质量不稳定等问题,究其问题根源,在于加工过程分散,人为影响因素较大。因此,为解决上述问题,本文设计一种连续化自动茶叶理条压扁机,并对其关键部件进行研究试验,该装置既能满足茶叶加工工艺要求,又能实现连续化生产。本文通过茶叶进行理条压扁之后要达到的预期效果,对茶叶的主要物理特性参数进行试验,为后续样机的验证做好铺垫。根据现有的茶叶加工机械,设计出连续化理条压扁机的总体方案,该装置由程序控制系统、自动理条机、自动布料小车和自动加压机四大模块组成。本文主要对自动理条机、自动布料小车以及压扁机进行设计,计算理条机中U型锅槽、曲柄滑块机构等主要零部件,在对比理条机中常用的加热装置以及直线导轨,选择合适的加热装置以及直线导轨。在压扁机的设计中,主要设计机架、滚筒架、移动架、滚筒等主要零部件。在自动布料小车的设计中,主要针对小车的尺寸、移动速度等进行分析。布料小车的总体数据为布料小车的长度为1500mm,布料小车的载重大于50kg,布料的宽度为1000mm,布料的高度为1500mm,布料的行驶速度为?/10hkm。自动理条机设计中,最后得出曲柄长度为60mm,连杆长度为220mm。通过理条压扁机的样机试验,确定不同投入量对理条压扁的效果影响,并确定最佳投入量为2.0kg。

【Abstract】 At present,China’s tea production sector pure manual and half mechanization processing is given priority to,the low production efficiency,the complex process,high cost,quality problems such as instability,investigate its root causes,and lies in the machining process,artificial factors.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper design a continuous automatic tea flattening machine,and to study its key components,the device can not only meet the requirements of the tea processing technology,and can realize continuous production.In this article,through the tea to manage to achieve the desired effect,after a squashed to test main physical properties parameters of tea,for subsequent validation of the prototype.According to the existing tea processing machinery,design a continuous bedding article the overall scheme of the flattening machine,the device by the process control system,automatic machine,automatic cloth cars and automatic pressure machine of the four modules.Article follows this article mainly discusses the automatic machine,automatic car cloth and flattening machine to carry on the design and calculation principle of the machine U pan tank,main parts such as crank rod system,in contrast to a machine that is commonly used in heating device and linear guide,select the appropriate heating device and linear guide.In the design of flat press,the main parts such as frame,drum frame,moving frame,roller,etc.In the design of automatic fabric car,the size and speed of the car are analyzed.The overall data of the fabric car is the length of the cloth car: 1500mmCloth car load: greater than 50 kg of fabric width: the height of cloth: the speed of the cloth:The effect of the different inputs on the flattening of the strips is determined by the sample machine test of the slip-on press,and the optimum input quantity is 2.0 kg.
