火力发电厂无动力除尘应用

【摘要】 粉尘超标一直是火力发电厂输煤系统普遍面临的一个难题。因为它直接影响着电厂的安全生产及工作人员的身体健康问题。因此,输煤系统的粉尘治理问题一直是人们比较关注的热点话题。本文针对火力发电厂输煤系统运行时粉尘超标的问题,对输煤系统粉尘产生的机理进行了研究分析,进而提炼出了火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘治理的关键点。基于粉尘治理的关键问题,阐述了传统输煤系统抑尘除尘技术,发现传统的火力发电厂输煤系统在控制燃煤流动速度上有设计结构上的缺陷以及采用常规除尘设备在除尘效果以及运行维护上有其局限性,因此,大大限制了其应用推广。本文介绍了一种新型的火力发电厂输煤系统抑尘除尘技术,即无动力抑尘除尘技术。进而本文将无动力抑尘除尘技术与传统的输煤系统抑尘除尘技术进行综合的经济技术比较,体现了无动力抑尘除尘技术在输煤系统安全生产、系统匹配、工程效益、节能降耗等方面的经济技术优势。最后,本文对不同火力发电厂的无动力除尘的工程应用进行了介绍和分析,展示了无动力真空除尘在工程应用中具有投资少、除尘效果好、维护成本低、使用安全可靠、技术新颖合理、无需人工操作、无二次污染等技术优点。从而论证了无动力抑尘除尘技术在火力发电厂粉尘治理方面具有明显优势和广阔应用前景。
【Abstract】 Exceed the standard of dust has been a problem faced by the coal conveying system in thermal power plant.Because it has a direct impact on the safety of the power plant and the health of the staff.Therefore,the dust control problems of coal handling system has been a hot topic of concern to the people.The aiming at the problem of coal conveying system in thermal power plant is running excessive dust,dust of the coal handling system of mechanism were analysis,and then extracted the key points of the thermal power plant coal dust control system.Based on the key problem of the dust control,this paper expounds the traditional coal handling system of anti dust removal technology,discover the traditional thermal power plant coal handling system as in the control of coal flow velocity have defects in the design of the structure and using conventional dedusting equipments in the dust removal effect and operation and maintenance has its limitations,thus greatly limits the popularization and application.This paper describes a new type of thermal power plant coal handling system of dust dust removal technology,namely no power dust removal technology.Through the research and introduction of the no power transfer and no power dust removal device principle and its technological process,so that the thermal power plant has a fundamental understanding of the no power dust suppression technology.And the without power of suppression of dust technology and traditional coal conveying system of dust removal technology for comprehensive economic and technical comparison,reflects the unpowered dust removal technology in coal handling system of safe production,matching system,engineering efficiency,energy saving,etc.the aspect of the economic and technical advantages.Finally,in this paper,the of different thermal power plant without cleaning power engineering applications are introduced and analyzed,showing no power cleaning in engineering application with less investment,good dust removing effect,the maintenance cost is low,the use is safe and reliable,novel and reasonable technique,no need manual operation,no secondary pollution and other advantages.So it proves that the application of the no power dust suppression technology in the dust control of thermal power plant is widely used in the future.
