某型航空紧固件热处理质量管理研究

【摘要】 众所周知,钛合金紧固件热处理工艺过程是通过改变材料组织,由α态转变为α+β态[1],使紧固件产品获得所需性能,并保证其在飞行器上使用安全可靠的工艺过程,是钛合金紧固件制造过程的重要组成部分。因为全部产品热处理的质量特性(组织及性能)是不能通过其后的检验和试验得到完全的验证,并且热处理出现的质量问题往往是同时处理的所有产品都会有问题,要进行挽救非常困难,所以在AS9100《航空航天质量管理体系》中热处理被认定为“特殊过程”,需要对操作中的各个环节,及涉及到的所有因素进行质量管控。北京航空制造工程研究所109室的支柱业务钛合金紧固件科研生产中涉及热处理过程,整个热处理过程质量管理不能有效的全面防止质量问题的发生。由于目前钛合金紧固件热处理的设备设施、技术及技能人员、产品技术要求、生产过程控制、操作规范要求及生产管理水平等,都存在薄弱环节,并且热处理过程关系到紧固件最重要的性能要求,因此,通过全面质量管理使紧固件热处理质量尤其是大批量生产紧固件质量稳定、可靠、可控非常重要。根据全面质量管理的相关理论及国内外应用状况,本文根据北京航空制造工程研究所热处理质量管理现状对目前热处理质量管理存在质量管理体系不完善、组织结构不够健全;缺乏专业人才及人员职责不清;事后检验成本高;质量信息不灵等问题进行了总结和分析。在研究基础上,构建了钛合金紧固件热处理全面质量管理体系,把全面质量管理思想与生产全流程有机结合起来,进一步强调钛合金紧固件热处理全面质量管理的核心,是实施全员参与的、全过程的的质量管理的方案;建立了钛合金紧固件热处理的全面质量管理流程;论述了要进行全面质量管理体系的新架构与持续改进;通过采取适合制造所实际状况的改进措施,真正把质量管理从管加工结果转变到管产品质量发生过程中影响因素上来,做到防控结合,以防为主,使紧固件热处理质量得到有效提升,并对全面质量管理在紧固件热处理的实施效果进行了评估。

【Abstract】 It is well known that titanium alloy fastener heat treatment process is changing the material organization,From α state to α+β.Then the fastener products will obtain the necessary performance,and ensure that safe use on the aircraft,so it is important manufacturing process of titanium alloy fastener.For the reason that everyone of the fastener’s heat treatment quality characteristics(structure and properties)can’t be completely verified by the subsequent inspect and test,and if the heat treatment appear quality problem,it will cause large negative impact and economic losses,so the heat treatment process is identified as a "special process",Need to operate the various aspects,and all the factors involved in quality control.The pillar business is research and produce titanium alloy fasteners for the 109 department of Beijing aeronautical manufacturing technology research Institute involving heat treatment process.The whole process of heat treatment quality management can’t effectively prevent the occurrence of quality problems.Due to the equipment and facilities,technical and skilled personnel,product technology,production process control,operation regulations and production management level,all has weak link in the titanium alloy fastener heat treatment,and heat treatment process related to the most important performance requirements of the fasteners.Therefore,it is very important to control the heat processing quality,especially for the mass production of fasteners quality being stable,reliable and controllable through a comprehensive quality management.According to the comprehensive quality management related theory and the domestic and foreign application status.According to the heat treatment quality management in Beijing aeronautical manufacturing technology research Institute,the quality management system is not perfect,organizational structure is not sound enough;lack of professional personnel and responsibilities are not clear;afterwards test cost is high;quality information is ineffective and other issues were summary and analysis in this paper.On the basis of research,to build the titanium alloy fastener heat treatment comprehensive quality management system,to organic combination the total quality management theory andproduction of the whole process,to further emphasis on the total quality management core of titanium Alloy Fastener heat treatment is implementation of full participation 、 the whole process of the quality management plan;Established titanium alloy fastener heat treatment of total quality management process;Discusses to carry out total quality management system in the new architecture and continual improvement.By taking out suitable improvement measures,change the quality management from processing results to the process of influence factors,Combination of prevention and control,and giving priority to prevention,for the effective improving of the heat processing quality.Then,evaluated the effect of total quality Management in fastener heat treatment.
