港珠澳大桥测量控制网复测技术分析

【摘要】 项目建设过程中,测量控制网是一项重要的施工与技术保障工作,测量控制网的使用贯穿项目建设始末,是工程建设成败的关键因素。本课题通过对港珠澳大桥测量控制网的建网及复测工作进行研究,围绕控制网复测技术及控制点的稳定性、成果的可靠性及使用的连续性等方面开展相关数据采集与分析比较工作,确保控制网满足为项目长周期、高精度施工建设提供稳定测量基准与准确成果数据的要求。通过充分借鉴国内外重大跨海工程测量控制网建设经验,并针对本项目工程建设特点建立大桥测量控制网,并在施工期间多次对控制网进行全面复测、成果对比分析等,对控制网复测技术进行研究,对测量成果数据进行分析,主要研究内容有:1)复核原测量控制网的观测和计算质量,验证控制网测量成果的精度是否达到规定要求;2)通过具备观测条件的海中桥墩及岛隧新增测量平台对海中跨海高程点进行加密,为海中工程施工提供高精度的高程基准;3)通过各期测量成果的比较分析,进一步评定首级控制点及海中测量平台首级加密点的稳定性,并根据工程需要更新首级控制网及首级加密网成果。主要研究结论:本研究依托港珠澳大桥项目施工控制网多期复测任务,围绕跨境区域外海测量复杂环境、海上长远距离高精度跨海水准测量技术、测量数据合理化处理等难题进行深入研究,制定了本项目控制网复测的工作原则与数据比较、分析方法,并对该工程控制网建网及后续7次复测成果的进行系统分析,检核该控制网的稳定性及测量成果的可靠性,确保满足项目长周期、高精度的施工应用需要。本研究成果对类似大型跨海综合性工程、超大型桥梁工程控制网建网、复测等具有借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 The survey control network is an important technical support work in the process of construction,it is used through the beginning to the end of the project construction,it is the critical factor for the success of the project.This paper studied the construction and repetition measurement of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge’s survey control network,including the technology and the stability of the control points,the reliability of results,the continuity using,and the data acquisition & analysis,to ensure that the survey control network can meet the requirements of providing stable measurement benchmark data and accurate results with the characteristics of long cycle,high precision for the project.The measure control network has been built for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge by using the experience of domestic and international major sea-crossing engineering measure control network construction adequately and survey with its characteristics.The comprehensive repetition measurement and comparative analysis has been made many times during the construction,to research the technology of the repetition measurement,analyze the measurement result data,the main research contents are as follows:1)re-checked the original quality of observation and calculation of the measure control network,validated the precision of the measure control network results is required;2)encrypted sea-crossing elevation point through the observation conditions of sea island bridge and tunnel of new measurement platform on the sea,provided high accuracy height datum for the engineering construction in the sea;3)assessed the stability of head control points and measuring platform’s heads encryption point in the sea through the measurement results of comparative analysis,and updated the head control network and head encryption net results according to the engineering need;The main research conclusions:On the basis of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project construction control network repetition measurement tasks,the complex measurement environment in the cross-border offshore region,and the measurement which is long distance high precision crossing the sea,data processing and other problems are deeply researched,comparison and analysis method of working principle and data of the project control network retest is made,and the engineering control network and the subsequent 7 retest results are analyzed,meanwhile the reliability stability and measurement results of the control network is checked in this research,in order to meeting the construction project application of long period andhigh precision need.The research results have reference value for the similar comprehensive large cross sea engineering and super large bridge engineering control network retest,etc.
