【摘要】 生师比与教师人力资源、教育质量、教育规模效益有着密切关系,是教学评估的重要指标及大学排行常用的评析指标,一直以来都备受关注。教育部明确规定了办学条件指标合格的生师比上限和下限,但对我国一流的研究型大学生师比没有相关研究和规定,我国研究型大学所承担的任务和职责重大,身负建设世界一流大学,培养精英人才的重任,而世界一流大学的生师比都保持在较低的值域,应引起重视。本研究针对我国18所研究型大学采用定量研究方法对生师比问题和调控进行了相关研究。分析了18所研究型大学历年生师比发展历程及特征分析,探索了影响其生师比发展变化的相关因素,发现我国高校对规模效益的矫枉过正,以及国扩招政策及统一化的生师比政策规定都是影响生师比变化发展的主要原因。对此本研究试图通过数理统计方法,对我国一流研究型大学的生师比合理区间探究,通过门槛面板模型分析,得出结果表明生师比与科研产出效率之间存在双门槛效应,门槛值在10.980到12.080之间,效率最大。表明就科研产出而言,当生师比在10.980到12.080之间为最优。在进一步的分析中发现,我国研究型大学生师比普遍较高,与世界一流大学相差甚远,合理的生师比是保证精英式教育的必要前提,本文紧接着讨论了生师比对精英式教育的冲击和影响,通过对教师的影响、师生关系的影响进而对整个教育质量个人才培养质量构成威胁。针对本文反映的问题,提出了几点关于生师比调控的建议:(1)树立理性的精英教育意识,保证教育质量;(2)适度规模效益,降低X低效率;(3)完善教师聘用制改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 student-teacher ratio has close relationship with teacher human resources,education quality and education scale.It is an important index of teaching evaluation and the evaluation index of university ranking and has been much attention.The Ministry of education clearly provides qualified school conditions indicators of student teacher ratio limit and line.But there is no relevant research and the provisions of the teacher-student ratio for China’s leading research universities.The research university plays an important role in the construction of the world first-class university.Throughout the world first-class university,the student teacher ratio is maintained at a low value.The study on the student-teacher ratio of 18 research universities in China,by using the quantitative research methods.This study analyzes over the development history and characteristics of the student-teacher ratio in 18 research universities and explore the related factors affecting the development of the change of student-teacher ratio.It is found that China’s colleges and universities on the economies of scale in the pursuit of overkill and the enrollment policy and unified policies and regulations the student-teacher ratio are the main reasons influencing the development of the student-teacher ratio.This study attempts to explore a reasonable range of the student-teacher ratio in our first-class research university with the method of mathematical statistics.Threshold panel model analysis results show that there exist two threshold effect between the student-teacher ratio and scientific research output efficiency and the research shows that the threshold value is between 10.980 and 12.080,and the efficiency is the highest.Our research in the extended analysis found student-teacher ratio is generally higher far from the world class University.The reasonable student-teacher ratio is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the elite education,So this paper then discussed the impact to elite education from studentteacher ratio.It is a threat to the quality of education,through the influence of teachers,students,teachers and students.Aiming at the problem,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the regulation of the student-teacher ratio:(1)We should set up the consciousness of elite education to ensure the quality of Education;(2)Moderate scale benefit,reduce X low efficiency;(3)Improve the reform of teacher employment system.更多还原
