适合教育理念下的主题班会实践研究

【摘要】 我国《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:“把育人为本作为教育工作的根本要求。关心每个学生,促进每个学生主动地、生动活泼地发展,尊重教育规律和学生身心发展规律,为每个学生提供适合的教育”。在当前社会发展时代背景下,追求人的全面发展、适合学生发展和社会发展所需的素质教育作为我国基础教育改革的方向早已经确立。“适合教育”是国家教育改革的所趋之势。主题班会与适合教育理念具有一致性,以主题班会为具体载体来落实适合教育理念,能有效地促进学生全面、主动、和谐发展,促进适合教育目标的实现。本文首先梳理了适合教育和主题班会课的不同内涵、作用、目的和特点,重点分析了适合教育理念及主题班会的实施研究,并以适合教育的内涵理解和主题班会的特点、功能为主要因素来探究适合教育和主题班会之间的理论适切性。在概念理解的基础上,本研究采用观察法和访谈法,对以适合教育为办学理念的H中学的主题班会情况进行实际调研,并从主题班会的主题、形式、内容和过程四个方面呈现适合教育主题班会开展实施中所存在的问题,同时探寻问题产生的原因。本研究发现该校适合教育主题班会存在以下问题:班会主题由老师抉择;主题班会形式上存在着形式单一、零散无序、“貌合神离”的问题,主题班会内容上存在量多超时、学科化倾向、脱离主题的问题;主题班会过程中存在活动结构不完整,缺少评价的问题。笔者将以上问题归因为:教师思想观念的局限性、学生薄弱的自主意识、学校支持工作的“无作为”、班主任发展体系的不完善。基于此,本研究提出了四条建议,希望教师改进对于主题班会和适合教育的不当认知及片面的思维方式;学校能注重学生的个性发展;革新和完善主题班会的相关制度;建立班主任专业发展保障体系来促进适合教育理念在主题班会中的落实。总体来说,本文还存在着一定的局限和不足,但对于研究初中适合教育主题班会具体实践方面具有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Our country "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)," pointed out:"the cultivation-orientation is the basic requirement of education work.Care about each of the students,promote the development of every student active and lively,respecting the rule of law of education and students’ physical and mental development,and provide appropriate education for each student".Thus,suitable education is the trend of national education reform,theme class meeting has similarities with suitable education,effectively promoting the harmonious development of students comprehensive initiative,helping achieve Suitable education.Therefore,suitable education idea can be combined to promote the development of the theme class meeting,and theme class meeting can be a specific carrier to carry out the suitable education concept.This paper combed different understanding of theme class meetings and the suitable education,describing the role,the purpose and characteristics of theme class meeting and suitable education,and analyzed related studies,emphatically to explore theoretical relevance between the two.On the basis of conceptual understanding,this study adopts the method of observation and interview method,analysis the present situation of the theme class meeting of the idea of a suitable education in a junior high school,mainly from the theme,form,content and process four aspects,and the existing problems in the implementation,tring to explore the reasons for problems occurred in the school for suitable educational theme class meeting.This study found that the class meeting was not well implement in suitable education idea,to be specific,I divided the causes into to the class teacher’s idea,the students’consciousness,the cause of school classmeeting security system and Banzhuren’professional development security system from four aspects,and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures in accordance with the recommendations,hoping the teacher’s incorrect ideas in suitable education concept and theme class meeting can be redressed,student’s individualized education can be seriously taken account,school class meeting system can get innovation and be furthered,the headteacher’ professional development security system should be established to promote suitable education idea in the theme class meeting.In general,there are certain limitations and shortcomings,but the study has a certain guiding role for the junior high school in the specific practices of theme class meeting under the concept suitable education.
