弱光和盐碱逆境对两种铁线莲生理特性的影响

【摘要】 齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲为多年生宿根野生植物,花期为7~9月份,花色艳丽极为别致,主要分布于东北吉林长白山山区,适宜在北方园林绿化中引种栽培以增加城市植物多样性。但对于两种铁线莲的生长习性和适应性未进行过系统的研究。故对两种铁线莲弱光和盐碱逆境抗性展开研究。本研究选用齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲3年实生苗作为试验材料,研究其在不同的光强度和盐碱胁迫条件下的特征变化情况。从形态结构、生理生化特性等方面探究逆境条件对两种铁线莲的影响,为两种铁线莲的引种栽培提供一定的理论依据。研究结果表明:1.随着光照强度的减弱,齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲形态结构发生了不同程度的改变。齿叶铁线莲株高及径粗逐渐增加,且各个处理组间差异显著,褐毛铁线莲株高随光照强度的减弱和处理时间增长而增加,株径增加速度随光强度的减小而呈先增加后减小趋势;齿叶铁线莲的单叶面积均随着光强度减弱及处理天数的增加而增加,褐毛铁线莲单叶面积则先增加后较小;随着光强度的减弱,褐毛铁线莲叶片相对含水量呈上升趋势。齿叶铁线莲随着处理时间的增加叶片相对含水量逐渐降低。在弱光条件下,齿叶铁线莲在60%、30%光照条件下,chlb含量随着光照强度的减弱而增加,10%光照条件下则没有明显的上升趋势。在弱光处理前期(10~20d)褐毛铁线莲的chla、chlb和chl含量随着遮阴程度的增加而增加,处理后期(30~40d)则先增加后减少。2.随着光强度的减弱,齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲叶片的可溶性蛋白含量逐渐减少、脯氨酸含量先增加后减少、POD和SOD酶活性大体上随光强度的减弱而降低。齿叶铁线莲叶片MDA含量随光照强度的减弱先增加后减小,褐毛铁线莲叶片MDA含量则随着光照强度的减弱而逐渐增加。3.褐毛铁线莲和齿叶铁线莲最大净光合速率随着光照强度的减弱而逐渐降低,褐毛铁线莲的LSP、LCP和AQY随光照强度降低而逐渐降低,齿叶铁线莲的LSP、LCP和AQY则是先升高后降低。褐毛铁线莲光合日进程在不同遮阴胁迫条件下的Pn、Tr、Gs在一天的大部分时间段值低于对照组,Ci则高于对照。在30%、10%光照条件下齿叶铁线莲Pn、Tr、Gs在一天的大部分时间段值低于对照组,在60%光照条件下则高于对照组。4.100mmol/L~200 mmol/L的盐碱胁迫条件下,齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲正常的生长发育未受较大影响,仅中上部出现少部分叶片发黄褪色的的现象;300mmol/L~400mmol/L时,齿叶铁线莲植株大部分叶片脱色发黄严重,褐毛铁线莲绝大部分叶片发黄并逐渐发黑,并有部分植株出现死亡现象。5.NaCl和NaHCO3溶液胁迫下,齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲的叶绿素随着盐溶液的浓度和胁迫时间的增加而减小,丙二醛和脯氨酸含量均随着盐溶液的浓度和胁迫时间的增加而增加。齿叶铁线莲SOD、POD酶活性随处理时间的增加增大,褐毛铁线莲SOD、POD酶活性在100mmol/L、200mmol/L胁迫下随时间的增加而增大,在300mmol/L、400mmol/L处理时随时间的增加而呈先升高后降低。

【Abstract】 Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifoliaare perennial wild plants,flowering at period of7,9 months,and color is very unique.mainly distributed in the Changbei Mountain,Jilin Province,they are suitable for the introduction and cultivation in the north of the garden to increase the diversity of plants.But the two kinds of Clematis growth habits and adaptability has not been systematically studied.Therefore,two kinds of Clematis have studied the weak light and saline-alkali stress.In this study,three-year seedling of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia were used as test materials to study their characteristics under different light intensity and saline-alkali stress conditions.From the morphological structure,physiological and biochemical characteristics,it is convenient to explore the influence of adversity conditions on two kinds of Clematis,which provides some theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of two kinds of Clematis.Research indicates:1.With the decrease of light intensity,the morphological structure of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia changed with the same degree.The results showed that Clematis serratifolia height and stem diameter increased with the decrease of light intensity and increase treatment time.Clematisfuscaheight rising withthe decrease of light intensity,stem diameterincreasing rate increases first and then decreases with the decrease of light intensity.The leaf area of ??Clematis serratifolia increased with the decrease oflight intensity,and then increased with the increase of the treating time.Clematisfuscasingle leaf area is increased first and then smaller under same conditions.With the reducingm of the linght intensity,Clematisfusca leaf water is on the rise.The Clematis serratifolia relative water content of the leaves decreased with the increase of treatment time.In the 40% and 70%light intensity conditions,the Clematis serratifoliachlb content increased with the decrease of the light intensity,and there was no obvious upward trend under weak light.The Clematisfusca contents of chla,chlb and chl increased with the decrease of light intensityat the early stage(10~ 20d),and increased at the later stage(30 ~ 40 d).2.With the decrease of light intensity,the soluble protein content of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia decreased gradually,the content of proline increased first and then decreased,and the activity of POD decreased gradually with the decrease of light intensity.Enzyme activity generally decreases with decreasing of light intensity.The content of MDA in Leaves of Clematis serratifolia increased first and then decreased with the decrease of light intensity,and MDA content in Leaves of Clematisfusca was increased with the decrease of light intensity.3.The net photosynthetic rate of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia decreased gradually with the decrease of light intensity.While Clematisfusca of LSP,LCP and AQY decreased gradually with the decrease of light intensity.Clematis serratifolia LSP,LCP and AQY are increased first and then lower.The Clematisfusca frequencies of Pn,Tr and Gs were significantly lower in the daytime than in the contrast group,while Ci was higher.Under the different light intensity,The Clematis serratifolia values of Pn,Tr and Gs at 70% and 90%light intensity were significantly lower than in the contrast group at,therefre higher than in the40% light intensity.4.Under the condition of 100 mmol/L ~ 200 mmol/L saline-alkali stress,the normal growth and development of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia were not affected greatly,only a small part of the leaves appeared in the upper part faded;300 mmol/L~400 mmol/L,most of the leaves of Clematis serratifolia were decolorized and yellowed,and Clematisfusca most of the leaves were yellow and gradually blackened,and some plants died.5.NaCl and NaHCO3 solution,the chlorophyll content of Clematisfusca and Clematis serratifolia decreased with the increase of salt concentration and treatmengt time,and the contents of malondialdehyde and proline were decreased with the concentration of salt solution and Increased coercion time.Theactivities of SOD and POD in Clematis serratifolia were increased with the time of treatment,and the activities of SOD and POD in Clematisfusca increased with the 100 mmol/L,200 mmol/L.At 300mmol/L,400 mmol/L treatment,the activities of SOD and POD increased with treatment time increased first and then decreased.
