【摘要】 最近几年来,随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机技术和医疗技术的结合也在不断发展,并且产生了很多新的应用,电子病案就是其中一个非常重要的应用。目前已经有一些研究机构和医院开始探索电子病案系统在实践中的应用,改研究方向也成为目前业界研究和应用的热点之一。在电子病案系统中可视化技术是其中的关键技术。目前主要的应用方式是使用时间线对病人的就医过程进行记录,帮助医生对病人病情的发展过程进行分析和判断。但是在实践过程中,该技术的使用具有一定的局限性,由于病人的病情发展很难抽象成一个完整的时间线,同时涉及到以往的病史信息会让时间线的生成变得非常复杂,医生使用该技术也会越来越不方便。所以在本文中,我们在电子病案系统中使用了三维人体模型对病人的病案信息进行展示,将人体以及器官作为划分的元素对病情进行展示,帮助医生快速定位病人病情,帮助做出诊断。在本研究中,重点立足于当前实用的医疗信息平台以及病案摘要信息等,针对实际应用过程中的需求以及存在的问题,对系统进行了详细的分析和设计。在系统功能中重点阐述了可视化病案中可视化图形生成的方案,数字化病案存储方式,病案修改调用等技术的设计方案和实现过程。从整体上看,使用数字化病案系统对病人的病案进行管理是同一个复杂的过程,在本研究中对其中的几个关键技术和实现细节进行了研究,并且对系统需求、数字化设计方案以及实现方案进行了详细的阐述。在实现的系统中可以通过可视化界面展示病人疾病情况,让医生可以快速掌握病人病情,同时支持医生对病案进行调阅,编辑和存储,极大的提升了医疗效率,具有一定的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous development of computer technology,the combination of computer technology and medical technology is also in constant development.This development also created a lot of new applications.The electronic medical record is one of the important applications.At present,a number of research institutions and hospitals have begun to explore the application of electronic medical record system.Visualization technology is one of the key technologies in electronic medical record system.At present,the main application is to use timeline to record the patients’ medical treatment process.This technology helps doctors analyze and judge the development of the patients’ condition.But in practice,the use of this technology has some limitations,because the sickness is difficult to abstract into a complete line of time,and the information will let time line become very complex.Doctors use this technology will be more complex.In this paper,we use medical record information on the patients’ 3D human body model in the electronic medical record system.and human organs are displayed as divisions of the body on the display.This technology helps doctors quickly locate the sickness,helps them make diagnosis.In this study,focusing on the current practical medical information platform and medical records information,also according to the actual application needs and problems,new system is analyzed and designed in detail.In this study,the design scheme and the realization process of the visual graphic generation in the medical record is discussed in detail.And the digital medical record information storage mode,the medical record modification technology are also described.On the whole,using digital medical record management system for patients is a complex process,which is investigated in this study on several key technologies and implementation details.We discussed the system demand,digital design and realization in details.In the realization of the system,the visual interface is used to display the patient information,so that the doctor can quickly grasp the patient’s condition.At the same time,this system supports doctors on medical records checking,editing and storage,which greatly enhance the efficiency of the medical treatment,So we can draw the conclusion that this system has certain practical significance.更多还原
