【摘要】 随着计算机的不断发展,计算机的应用日益拓展到生活中的方方面面。特别是计算机技术应用于现代化小微企业的人事管理,不仅可以极大地简化了人工管理的相关步骤,而且也大大地提高了小微企业人事管理的办事效率。基于上述原因,小微企业的人事管理信息化已经成为了必然的趋势。虽然本人目前所在的北京凌云建材化工有限公司是一个仅有100多人的专门从事原料药生产的小型企业,但是在日常人事管理方面表现的突出问题是人少事多,再加上管理方面的基本信息统计缺乏,资料不全,管理混乱等。伴随着信息化技术的飞速发展,人事管理信息化已经成为了必然的趋势。采用先进的计算机信息化技术代替人工管理的模式不仅可以降低人工管理的错误率,同时也可以提高人事管理的反馈速率。因此开发一款功能完整、操作简单以及界面友好的适合本企业的小微企业智能化人事管理系统,实现本企业人事智能化管理有现实的意义。同时也希望能够给予同行小微企业人事管理一些实际的参考意义。本课题拟开发一款基于C/S架构的小微企业智能化人事管理系统。该系统是基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2010开发环境和Access关系式数据库,采用C#语言进行编程而开发成的。系统的主要功能是实现对公司全体职工的各项信息进行快速而准确的记录、分析、汇总及交流。使得本单位人事管理部门准确而全面的掌握职工各种信息,从而对本单位的各项人事工作做出科学、合理的判断与决策。论文全文架构首先是对国内外小微企业人事管理系统的研究现状以及系统可行性作了分析研究。同时采用UML用例图的方法,通过绘制相关的UML用例图对系统的总体功能进行了设计,并对系统各模块进行了功能设计和系统流程设计,为后续的系统设计工作奠定了基础。与此同时,课题还对数据库需求进行了详细的分析,设计了数据库的逻辑结构,并对数据表进行了详细设计。然后,根据系统实现的基本要求,完成了系统各功能模块的界面构建和相关代码的程序设计,实现了系统的功能设计要求。最后,对系统整体运行情况进行了测试。本课题实现了基于C/S架构的小微企业智能化人事管理系统的相关功能,系统测试的结果表明,该系统很好地满足了设计要求,具有较好的实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of computer technology,the application of computer increasingly extends to all aspects of life.Computer technology is especially applied to personnel management of the modern small and micro enterprise,which can not only greatly simplify the steps of artificial management,but also greatly improve the efficiency of the small and micro enterprise personnel management.Based on the above reasons,the informatization of personnel management system of the small and micro enterprise has become an inevitable trend.Although I am currently work in the limited liability company of building materials chemical of Beijing lingyun that is a small enterprise only more than 100 people specializing in the production of actively pharmaceutical ingredients,the outstanding problem is too much work in the daily personnel management.Besides,there is also some question such as the lack of the basic statistics information and not completely information and management confusion in management aspects.Along with the rapidly development of the information technology,the personnel management informatization has become the inevitable trend.The using of advanced computer information technology instead of manual management mode can not only reduce the error rate of artificial management,but also improve the feedback rate of personnel management.Therefore,we develop a fully functional and simple operation and friendly interface that is suitable for this enterprise’ intelligent personnel management system of small and micro enterprise,which realizing the personnel intelligent management of this enterprise has a realistic significance.At the same time,we also hope to be able to give some practical significance of reference for personnel management of all small and micro enterprise.This topic plans to develop a intelligent personnel management system of small and micro enterprise on C/S architecture.Based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and Access relation database,The system is developed using C sharp programming language.The main function of this system is to realize the fast and accurately records,analysis,summary and communication of all staff of this company,which make personnel management department staff of this unit accurately and comprehensive grasp all kinds of information.Thus,the personnel management department can make scientific and rational judgment and decision-making about all the personnel work.Firstly,the full paper architecture make the analysis and research about present situation and the system feasibility of personnel management system of all the small and micro enterprise at home and abroad.At the same time,we adopt the method of UML.Through mapping the relevant UML,we design the overall function of the system.Then,we design the module function and system processing,which laid the foundation for the subsequent the design of the system.Meanwhile,the subject also make a detailed analysis about the demand of the database.Then,we design the logic structure of database,and we make detailed designing about data tables.Further,according to the basic request of the system implementation,we completed the building of function module interface of the system and relevant code programming,and realize the function of the system designing requirements.Finally,the overall system operation was tested.This subject has realized the system’ relevant function of intelligent small and micro enterprise personnel management about C/S architecture.System’ testing results show that the system meets the designing requirements very well,and has better practical value.更多还原
