【摘要】 近些年老年人口数量持续增加,养老问题日益凸显,政府先后出台了一系列优惠政策,通过养老保障、医疗保健、养老服务、敬老优待等几方面提高服务水平,但完全依靠政府“包建设、包运行”的普惠制度,既达不到服务深度,也达不到服务广度。从长远来看,建立统一化、标准化的养老券电子体系是十分必要的,也是一种社会化发展进步的趋势,各种得电子支付的支付形式慢慢的替代传统僵硬的模式。本文通过研究我国养老服务现状,依托国家和地区的养老政策,拟设计并实现养老综合服务平台。利用老年人手中的养老服务卡,优化平台功能。通过平台整合、规范并扩充养老服务商队伍,实现养老基本公共服务支撑体系。系统采用J2EE SSH和Oracle 11g设计并实现养老综合服务平台,实现了老年人信息管理、服务商信息管理、持卡消费、交易监管和信息统计等模块。通过应用养老综合服务平台,让老年人享受到更方便、更快捷、更优质的养老服务,并逐步推广到非基本公共服务领域。根据老年人的需求,整合各方面资源,探求养老新模式,是老龄事业发展的必然要求,同时也推动了老龄事业的发展和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 As aging population continues to increase in recent years,it poses a challenge to growing pension problem.The government has launched a series of preferential policies to improve the service level,through the old-age security,medical care,pension services,to respecting preferential treatment and so on.However,total reliance on the government construction,is not only short of depth of service,but can not meet the service span as well.In the long run,to establish a unified and standardized endowment coupon electr onic system is very necessary,and it is also a kind of the trend of social development and progress,that is,all kinds of the electronic payment slowly replace the traditional rigid model.Based on the research status quo of pension services in China,relying on the national and regional endowment policy,the paper aims to design and implement pension integrated services platform.Using the endowment service card which the elderly possess,the function of the platform will be optimized.Through the platform integration,specification and expansion of old-age service team,we can realize old-age supporting system for the basic public services.System was designed and implemented using J2 EE SSH and Oracle 11 g endowment integrated service platform,which has realized information management in the elderly,the service information management,CARDS,such as trading regulation and information statistics module.By applying the endowment integrated service platform,old people will enjoy more convenient,faster and more high-quality pension services,and it will be gradually extended to the basic public services.According to the needs of elderly,to integrate all aspects of resources,and to seek a new mode,is the inevitable requirement of aging,but also promotes the development and improvement of the cause of aging.更多还原
