东濮凹陷套管监测技术的解释与应用

【摘要】 东濮凹陷地区自1979年投产至今,油水井井况逐年变差,到目前为止事故井已占总井数的22.6%,其中套损井占主体。特别是这些年来油水井各种措施力度逐渐增大,套管损坏率一直在上升。仅1998年至2002年,油水井套损增加108口,年损坏率甚至达到34.0%,损失储量达到379.08×10~4t,光注水井套管损井的数量就有355口,占油田注水井的46.3%,套损速率趋势在增长,注采系统严重失衡,严重制约油水井增产增注,油区整体开发水平和经济效益受到严重影响。因此亟待解决这个问题,找出井况恶化的原因并制定相关预防措施。针对东濮凹陷地区的地质特征和发展现状,应用多臂井径测井仪和电磁探伤测井仪对油水井套管破损情况进行监测。有预见性地进行专门的地面测量和井下综合测试,掌握和认识油水井套管损坏的各种影响因素之间的关系,及早采取防治措施,降低套管损坏程度。多臂井径测井可以依据接触式测量管壁的内径推测出套管损坏,电磁探伤测井则是通过电磁感应定律,提供油套管剩余壁厚、油套管腐蚀、变形、裂缝、错断等信息,使得对油水井井下管柱技术状况进行“普查”成为可能。把这两种方法组合测井进行资料综合解释,能够直观的显示出套管损伤、变形、结垢的状况以及评估管柱的内外腐蚀问题,对套损状况可以大大提高判断的准确性,提高作业效率,在不影响生产的情况下快速评价管柱状况,实现水井和气井生产过程中的管柱技术状况普查。本文以东濮凹陷地区的实测井为例,通过分析介绍套管监测技术的仪器结构、测井原理并结合实际中的应用情况研究,改善施工工艺,改进和完善现有套管监测技术,对多臂井径和电磁探伤两种方法组合测井进行综合应用效果分析。综合应用和对比多臂井径曲线和电磁探伤曲线资料,为套损井井况监测提供了准确全面的资料。有助于了解油水井井下管柱技术状况,采用科学的井况预防措施和提高套损井的修复速度,为油田正常生产提供保障。

【Abstract】 Dongpu sag region since 1979,oil and water Wells well conditions worse year by year,so far the accident Wells have accounted for 22.6% of the total number of Wells,the casing damage Wells of body.Especially these years all kinds of measures to gradually increase,oil and water Wells casing damage rate has been on the rise.Only 1998 to 2002,the oil water well casing damage increase 108,damage rate of 34.0%,even in loss reserves reached 379.08 ×104 t,the amount of light injection Wells casing damage Wells have 355,accounting for 46.3% of the oil field water injection well,the casing damage rate trend in growth,unbalanced injection-production system,increase the oil and water Wells is restricted,oil region severely affected the overall development level and economic benefits.So to solve this problem,find out the cause of the deterioration of well conditions and formulate relevant preventive measures.According to the geological characteristics of the area of dongpu sag and the current situation of the development and application of multiple arm caliper logging tool and electromagnetic defect detection logging tool to monitor the oil and water Wells casing damage.Prescient to comprehensive testing,the measurement of special ground and underground,grasp and understanding the various factors affecting the oil and water Wells casing damage,the relationship between the early to take prevention measures,reduce the casing damage.More arm caliper logging can measure the inner diameter of the tube wall according to the contact that casing damage,electromagnetic defect detection logging by electromagnetic induction law,provide the oil remaining wall thickness,oil casing pipe corrosion,deformation,fracture,fault fault information,such as for downhole string "census" technology status of oil and water Wells become possible.The comprehensive interpretation of the two methods combination logging data,can be intuitive show the status of the casing damage,deformation,scaling,and assess the interior and exterior corrosion problems of pipe string,can greatly improve the accuracy of judgment of casing damage situation,improve work efficiency,in does not affect the production under the condition of rapid evaluation of string,Wells and gas Wells in the process of production tubing string technology conditions.This article simply sag region east of the measured well as an example,through the analysis of the instrument of casing monitoring techniques introduced structure,logging principle and practical application of research,improve the construction technology,to improve and perfect the existing casing monitoring technology,the more the arm caliper and electromagnetic detection combination logging two kinds of methods based on the analysis of application effect.Comprehensive application and contrast many arm caliper curves and magnetic testing curve data,for the casing damage Wells well condition monitoring provides accurate comprehensive data.Help to understand the status of the downhole string technology oil and water Wells,the well conditions of scientific prevention measures and speed up the repair of casing damage Wells,which guarantees the normal production of oil field.
