山区高速公路岩溶地质路基工程施工安全风险评估研究

【摘要】 交通运输需求不断增长,高速公路建设显著改善了我国公路整体的技术等级结构,有效地带动了高速公路附近地区的经济发展,但是高速公路地区局限性以及条段局限性问题也越来越显露。浙江省西北地区岩溶分布范围较广,虽然已对不良地质路段充分考虑避让,但是受地形和线形等因素制约,线路往往不可避免地需要穿越岩溶区,而这种路基工程受诸多不确定因素影响,对公路建设安全构成潜在威胁。此外,针对高速公路建设工程项目穿越岩溶地质的路基工程施工安全风险评估的研究还较少涉及。本文针对浙西北山区高速公路建设中经常遇到的岩溶地质路基工程特点,建立安全风险评估体系,开展风险分析和评价。首先,结合岩溶区的地质、环境等特点,从地质条件、覆盖层条件、水文条件、诱发因素、施工环境、资料完整性等方面对岩溶路基施工安全影响因素开展调查分析。然后,在对不良地质体致灾因子分析的基础上,选择合理的风险评估指标,基于层次分析方法,建立岩溶地质路基工程施工安全风险评估模型,形成岩溶地质路基工程施工安全风险评估指标体系。最后,结合杭新景高速公路建德段岩溶区路基工程,运用岩溶地质路基施工安全风险评估模型,得出本标段10处岩溶路段3处为高度风险、7处为中度风险,风险评估结果符合工程实际,并针对其中3处高度风险岩溶路段提出采取的工艺及控制措施建议,为降低依托工程在内的山区岩溶区高速公路建设安全风险提供了一定的指导。
【Abstract】 With a growth in transportation demand,the construction of expressways substantially improves the whole technical grad of highway network,and leads to changes in economic development of the regions nearby.Although national expressways have developed remarkably in the past decades,the problem that the selection of the road line is restricted with the geology is gradually apparent.In the northwest of Zhejiang Province,there are many karst areas.In the construction of expressways in these mountainous areas,it is difficult to avoid the unfavorable karst geology due to the limitation of the terrain.Such projects are the objects of geotechnical engineering that are most affected by uncertainties,and pose a threat to highway construction safety.Besides,up to the present date,the study on risk assessment of the expressway construction on karst areas are less involved.Based on the characteristics of the expressway construction in Zhejiang mountainous area,the thesis is proposed a risk assessment system for the construction safety of roadbed in karst areas.Firstly,according to the geology and the envitonment in Zhejiang,diagnoses are carried out to analyze the influence of karst on the roadbed construction safety,in terms of geological condition,overlay condition,hydrologic condition,inducing factor,construction environment,and information integrity.After that,based on the analysis of the disaster-inducing factors caused by karst geologies,reasonable risk assessment index are selected.A risk assessment model for predicting the safety of roadbeds construction on karst area is established and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is applied to confirm weight coefficient.Finally,the risk assessment of the roadbed construction safety is analyzed with an engineering example in karst area.The result illustrates that reasonable elusion measures can be made according to the risk grade which is determined through risk analysis and evaluation.Therefore,a fairly-developed risk assessment system for the roadbed construction safety in karst areas can provide a decision basis on the expressway construction in mountainous area.
