对话与合作：幼儿园园本教研活动开展的个案研究

【摘要】 当前,随着国际教师教育的发展,我国幼教课程改革的深入推进,以及社会与家长对高质量学前教育的热切渴望,亟需一批专业化、高素质的幼儿教师支持和提升幼儿园的保教质量。园本教研作为一种自下而上的新型教研机制,以幼儿教师为研究主体,以教师保教实践中遇到的真实问题为研究对象,通过形式多样的研究活动,助力教师解决实际工作中的困惑和难题,使教师获得内在观念的更新与外在行为的改善,并能够增强教师的研究意识和能力,进而获得实践性智慧与专业自主发展能力。因此,积极关注园本教研在幼儿园中开展的现实状况,努力探索园本教研开展的一般经验与规律,对提高幼儿园教研的实效性和教师的专业素养及促进幼儿园的内涵式发展都具有重大意义。在本研究中,采用质的研究范式,选用个案研究法,选取具有一定代表性的X幼儿园作为研究对象,通过深度访谈、观察、实物分析等多种研究方法,收集研究中所需的大量一手资料,并经过后期的转录、补充、整理和分析,以期呈现出个案幼儿园在真实情境中园本教研活动开展的现实状况,分析存在的问题及其背后的原因,并提出相应的发展对策与建议,从而为今后幼儿园在开展园本教研活动时,提供一些值得借鉴的经验与启示,并为教育行政部门的决策行为提供一些参考信息。文章共六部分,第一部分主要介绍研究缘起及意义、梳理国内外研究现状及界定概念,并提出研究的理论基础;第二部分主要明确研究的目的及内容,选取研究的对象,说明研究方法的使用以及研究过程的开展;第三部分重点呈现X园园本教研活动开展的现实状况,分别从组织管理、制度规范、主要内容、组织形式、结果收获等几方面进行描述;第四部分着重分析X园园本教研活动开展进程中存在的突出问题,并辅之以图片、访谈片段、案例进行说明;第五部分深入探究问题产生的主要原因,挖掘出背后的影响因素;第六部分提出幼儿园今后开展园本教研活动时的对策建议。经过调查研究分析发现,目前X园园本教研活动的开展,已形成相应的组织管理结构及其人员,实施基本的教研制度与规范,确定以课题研究为教研的主要内容,构建出以本园为主的教研体系,并在实践中展开各类教研活动,以及收获了显现且具体的教研成果;而开展进程中存在的突出问题则主要有:非教研活动偏多,教师的研究能力薄弱,教研活动的主体出现错位,专业引领存在不足以及活动开展表现出形式化与低效化;通过对问题进一步深入剖析,发现背后的主要原因有如下:新时代企办园发展的尴尬困难处境,幼儿园教师的专业素养有所欠缺,对园本教研的内涵和价值理解不深刻,缺乏完善的专业引领机制,教研制度的建设与执行存在不足。最后针对主要问题及其原因,并结合现有的理论研究成果,提出今后幼儿园开展教研活动时的对策建议,主要包括:尽快落实对企办园管理的相关政策,大力提升幼儿教师的基本教研素质,积极构建幼儿园教研的学习型组织,努力整合园内园外的专业引领资源,抓紧完善幼儿园的教研管理机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,with the development of international teacher education,as well as the further reform of preschool education curriculum in China and the eagerness of the society and parents for high quality preschool education,urgently needing a group of professional,high-quality preschool teachers to support and improve the quality of kindergarten education.Kindergarten based teaching and research as a new bottom-up research mechanism,taking preschool teachers as the main body of research,taking the real problems encountered in the teaching practice of education as the research object,through a variety of research activities,to help teachers solve practical puzzles and problems in their work,so that teachers can get the renewal of their internal ideas and the improvement of their external behaviors,enhance the research consciousness and ability,and acquire practical wisdom and professional independent development ability.Therefore,we should pay close attention to the reality of kindergarten based teaching and research in kindergarten to carry out,and explore the general experience and rules of kindergarten based teaching and research,because it is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten based teaching and research,teachers’professional quality and promote the connotative development of kindergartens.This study adopted qualitative research paradigm and chooses case study method,select a representative X kindergarten as the case,through depth interviews,observation,physical analysis and other research ways to collect a large amount of information needed in the study,and through the late transcription,supplement,collation and analysis,in order to show the actual situation of carrying out kindergarten based teaching and research activities in the real situation,to analyze the problems and the reasons behind them,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide some valuable experience and inspiration for kindergarten carrying out kindergarten based teaching and research activities,and provide some reference information for the decision-making behavior of educational administration departments.The thesis consists of six parts,the first part mainly introduces the origin and significance of the study,combs the domestic and foreign research present situation and define the concept,as well as put forward the theoretical foundation of the study;the second part mainly clarifies the purpose and content of the study,selects the research objects,and explains the use of research methods and the development of research process;the third part focuses on the real situation of carrying out kindergarten based teaching and research activities in X kindergarten,and describes from the aspects of organization management,system standard,main content,organization form and result harvest;the fourth part focuses on the outstanding problems in the process of carrying out kindergarten based teaching and research activities in X kindergarten,and illustrates by pictures,interviews,and cases;the fifth part explores the main causes of the problem,and dig out the factors behind the influence;the sixth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for kindergarten to carry out kindergarten based teaching and research activities in the future.After investigation and analysis,this study found that the development of the kindergarten based teaching and research activities in X kindergarten,the corresponding organization and management structure and personnel have been formed,basic teaching and research system and norms have been implemented,the main content of the subject study has been determined,the teaching and research system based on this kindergarten has been constructed,and various kinds of teaching and research activities have been carried out in practice,as well as the manifest and specific achievements of teaching and research have been harvested;but the main problems in the process of carrying out kindergarten based teaching and research activities are:many non teaching and research activities,teachers’ research ability are weak,the main body of teaching and research activity is misplaced,professional guidance is insufficient,the development of teaching and research activities shows formalization and inefficiency;through further in-depth analysis of the problem,the main reasons are as follows:the awkward situation of the development of the enterprise kindergarten in the new era,the lack of professional quality of kindergarten teachers,the lack of understanding of the connotation and value of kindergarten based teaching and research,the lack of perfect mechanism for professional guidance,and the construction and implementation of the teaching and research system are insufficient.Finally,aiming at the main problems and their causes,and combining with the existing theoretical research results,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for carrying out kindergarten teaching and research activities in the future,they mainly include:implementing the related policies of enterprise kindergarten management as soon as possible,improving the teaching and research quality of kindergarten teachers,actively constructing the learning organization of in the kindergarten,striving to integrate professional and leading resources within and outside the kindergarten,and perfecting the teaching and research management mechanism of the kindergarten.更多还原
