面向某轻型货车侧倾整体感的横向稳定杆优化设计研究

【摘要】 伴随着中国快递物流业的快速膨胀式发展,物流的高度集散化、快递的分级派送也成为主流发展趋势。轻型载货汽车作为灵活、高效、便捷的物流运输方式,使其在城市物流派送领域的销售呈现了爆发式的增长,城市物流车型也成为轻型载货汽车的主销车型。但是轻型载货汽车具有轮距相对质心高度过窄、装货质心高的特点,因此轻型载货汽车的侧倾稳定性和安全性问题,就逐渐的引起了整车研发生产制造企业的高度重视。本文针对某轻型载货汽车出现的侧倾稳定性问题,从侧倾理论到影响因素进行研究,并将研究的改进优化方向明确,在整车设计过程中作为技术支持和参考。本文首先介绍了某轻型载货汽车出现的侧倾整体感差的问题,通过汽车理论中对整车侧倾的计算分析理论,对侧倾过程中整体感差的原因进行理论分析,排除不相干的影响因素;通过创新的质心矢量分析对整车状态下整车质量分别作用于前悬架系统和后悬架系统的侧倾进行分析,理论上推导论证了现存的侧倾整体感问题;其次,以现轻型载货汽车为原型基础,利用ADAMS多体动力学软件,构建整车虚拟样机模型。整车模型由前、后悬架模型系统,转向模型系统,驾驶室模型系统,动力总成模型系统,轮胎模型系统和车架模型系统组成。并通过对典型操纵稳定性工况进行仿真,结合样车实际的试验结果对比,论证仿真模型的准确度和可信性。最后,根据现生产前后悬架系统的选型情况,结合横向稳定杆的生产实际和供应商现状,对横向稳定杆匹配前后悬架系统进行优化设计,再通过仿真论证改进效果,论证整车侧倾整体感的改善情况。并且通过专业主观评价和后续的客观试验,验证改进效果,最终体现生产,推向市场和用户。
【Abstract】 With the rapid expansion of China’s express logistics industry,the high distribution of logistics and express delivery has become the main trend of development.As a flexible,efficient and convenient way of logistics transportation,light truck has made explosive growth in the field of urban logistics delivery,and the urban logistics vehicle has also become the main selling vehicle of light duty truck.But the light truck has relatively narrow track centroid height characteristics,loading high centroid,so the light truck rollover stability and security issues have gradually attracted the attention of road transportation.In view of the existing roll stability problem of a light truck,the roll theory is applied to study the influence factors and the direction of improvement and optimization is clear,which is used as a technical support and reference for vehicle design process.This paper introduces a light truck existing roll the overall sense of the problem of the poor,through the car on the vehicle roll theory calculation analysis theory,a theoretical analysis of the reasons in the process of the whole roll feeling difference,eliminate irrelevant factors;through the centroid vector analysis of innovation on the quality of whole vehicle roll are state on the front suspension and rear suspension system were analyzed theoretically demonstrates the existing problems of the whole roll;Secondly,based on the present light truck as the prototype,the virtual prototype model of the whole vehicle is constructed by using the ADAMS multi body dynamic software.The vehicle model consists of front and rear suspension model system,steering model system,cab model system,powertrain model system,tire model system and frame model system.The accuracy and credibility of the simulation model are demonstrated by the simulation of typical operating stability conditions and the comparison of the actual test results of the model car.Finally,according to the selection is the production of front and rear suspension system,the transverse stability rod,combined with the actual situation of production and supplier of stabilizer bar,optimize the design of the stabilizer bar,front and rear suspension system,the simulation demonstrates the improvement effect,demonstration vehicle side tilt improve the overall sense of.And through the subjective evaluation and the following objective test,the improvement effect is verified,and the production is finally embodied,and the market and the users are pushed to the market.
