组织生态视角下物流生态圈演进行为影响因素研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术进步、产业组织变革和经济效率提升,经济社会日益形成以互联网为基础设施和创新要素的发展新形态、以共享经济为导向的经济发展新模式,合作、共建、共享、共赢成为时代发展主旋律,构建“命运共同体”得到国际社会广泛认可。物流作为节约资源和人力成本之外经济发展的“第三利润源”,整体规模迅速扩张的同时,基础设施联通不够、作业成本高、运作效率低、服务供给能力不强等问题依然存在,物流业结构优化、动力转换和质量提升工作任重道远。物流业发展现状和层出不穷的新技术、新模式、新业态促使其正向低碳运作、协同共有、资源共享的生态圈方向发展。现代物流业竞争优势获取的核心和关键已逐渐转变为能否重构出更具适应性和竞争力的高效组织生态系统,生态圈成为物流业发展的新动能。物流生态圈是生态文明理念在物流领域的具体实践,符合新时代中国建设生态文明社会的总体要求。当前,国内物流生态圈大都处于起步期,在此背景下,研究从组织生态视角出发,以物流生态圈为研究对象,采用结构方程模型(SEM)分析方法,基于理论分析和实证检验,探讨影响物流生态圈演进行为的因素,以期能对物流生态圈演进行为分析和商业化运营策略制定有所裨益。首先,在梳理组织生态理论和物流生态圈相关文献、分析国内外物流生态圈发展现状基础上将组织生态理论引入物流领域,以共生性、自洽性和生态圈演进体现物流生态圈演进行为,从生态圈主体特征、客体特征和支持系统特征分析影响物流生态圈演进行为的因素,通过文献回顾、调查访谈提出16条假设,并形成概念模型。其次,借鉴部分已有量表、理论和访谈结果得到物流生态圈演进行为影响因素初始测量量表,根据预调查反馈意见及专家建议,对量表进行修改,最终形成一个包含42个题项的正式调查问卷,并回收321份问卷,剔除无效问卷后得到包含295份问卷的样本数据。对样本数据进行检验:基本情况分析结果表明样本数据基本效果良好;企业特征对测量变量的影响分析说明企业规模、企业年营业收入、企业成立年限和所涉及的行业对被调查对象感知和理解测量变量影响甚微;信度和效度分析验证了测量量表及样本数据具有较高可靠性和有效性。再次,采用结构方程模型(SEM)分析方法,对组织生态视角下物流生态圈演进行为影响因素模型加以检验,研究结果表明:理论模型具有良好的拟合度,即理论假设的路径关系与实际测量数据比较符合,结构方程模型的构建和假设比较理想;16条假设关系中,13条通过检验,3条未通过,分别为:生态圈主体特征方面,组织及人力素质、创新能力、平台服务与物流生态圈共生性显著正相关,创新能力、平台服务与物流生态圈自洽性显著正相关,组织及人力素质与物流生态圈自洽性不存在显著正相关;生态圈客体特征方面,用户需求与物流生态圈共生性和自洽性均显著正相关;生态圈支持系统特征方面,孵化、金融服务、文化环境与物流生态圈共生性显著正相关,金融服务与物流生态圈自洽性显著正相关,孵化、文化环境与物流生态圈自洽性不存在显著正相关;物流生态圈演进行为方面,共生性、自洽性与生态圈演进显著正相关。最后,借助实证结论分析组织生态视角下物流生态圈演进行为的影响因素,针对物流生态圈构建和规范生态圈演进行为提出以下建议:第一,引导正确认知生态圈,寻找适宜生态位,增强参与者责任意识;第二,促进各维度影响力发挥,扬长避短:强化生态圈主体主导作用、深化生态圈客体引领作用、提升生态圈支持系统支撑作用;第三,加速处理内部矛盾,加强第三方监管:理性看待生态圈发展过程中存在的问题、设置处理物流生态圈利益相关者纠纷的第三方部门、加强对生态圈日常运营的监管。
【Abstract】 With the progress of information technology,reform of industrial organization and improvement of economic efficiency,the development form of economic and social development has changed into take Internet as infrastructure and innovative element.Meanwhile,economic development models has also become taking the shared economy as the orientation.Cooperation,co-construction,sharing,and win-win is the main melody of era development,and constructing "community of destiny" is widely accepted by the international community.Logistics is the third profit source of economic development besides saving resources and manpower.Despite rapid expansion of overall scale,logistics is faced with insufficiency of infrastructure connectivity,high operating costs,low operation efficiency,deficiency of service supply ability.There is still a long way to go to finish structure optimization,power conversion and quality improvement of logistics industry.Influenced by the development of logistics industry and the endless development of new technologies,new models and new formats,the logistics industry is developing towards low carbon operation,synergy and resource sharing ecological circle.The competitive advantage core of modem logistics has been transformed into remodel a more efficient and adaptive organizational ecosystem.The ecosystem has become a new kinetic energy for the industry.Logistics ecological circle is the concrete practice of the concept of ecological civilization in logistics,which is in line with the requirements of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.At present,the domestic logistics ecological circles are at the starting stage.Such problems as unclear development goals,imperfect infrastructure,unclear internal elements and structure,and divergent interest distribution,have been hindered the evolution of logistics ecological circle.Under this background,the research takes logistics ecological circle as the research object from the perspective of organizational ecology.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical test,the paper uses structural equation modeling(SEM)to explore the factors affecting the logistics ecological circle evolution behavior.The aim is to benefit logistics analysis and commercial operation strategy of ecological circle.Firstly,we sorted related literature of organizational ecology theory and logistics ecological circle and analyzed domestic and international logistics ecological circle development status.Introduce organizational ecology theory into logistics and reflect the logistics ecological circle evolution behavior in the view of symbiosis,self consistency and ecological circle evolution.Analyze influencing factors of logistics ecological circle evolution from the characteristics of subject,object and support system of the ecological circle.Through literature review,investigation and interview,we put forward 16 hypotheses and form concept model.Secondly,put forward initial measurement scale of logistics ecological circle evolution behavior factors after referring part of existing scale,theory and interview results.Then form a formal questionnaire containing 42 items after modifying the scaleaccording to the pre survey feedback and expert advice.Finally,321 questionnaires were collected.After eliminating invalid questionnaires,we got 295 copies of the questionnaire sample data.Basic analysis results of sample datas show that the sample data is of basic good effect.Effect analysis of enterprise characteristics on the measured variables shows that company size,operating income,enterprise established life and related sectors of the respondents perceive and understand the measured variables have little effect.Analysis of reliability and validity indicates that the measurement scale and sample data has high reliability and validity.Thirdly,using structural equation modeling(SEM)to test evolution factors model of logistics ecological circle from the perspective of organizational ecology.The research results show that the theoretical model has good fitting degree,which means comparing path relation theory hypothesis with actual measurement data,structural equation model is ideal.Among 16 hypotheses,13 passed the inspection,3 did not pass.As for characteristics of ecological circle subject,organization and manpower quality,innovation ability,platform services are positive with logistics ecological circle symbiosis.Innovation ability,service platform is positive with logistics ecological circle self consistent.Organization and manpower quality has no significant positive correlation with self consistency As for characteristics of ecological circle object,user demand are significantly positive with symbiosis and self consistency.As for characteristics of ecological circle support system,incubation,financial services,cultural environment aresignificantly related to symbiosis.Financial services has positive correlation with self consistency.Incubation,culture environment has nothing with self consistency.As for the logistics ecological circle evolution behavior,symbiosis and self consistency has a significant positive correlation with ecological circle evolution.Finally,refer to empirical conclusion to analyze the influencing factors of the logistics ecological circle evolution behavior from the organizational ecology perspective.In order to constract the logistics ecological circle and standardize the evolution behavior of the ecological circle,the paper puts forward the following suggestions.First of all,guiding the understand correctly of ecological circle and find the right ecological niche,enhance the responsibility sense of participants.Meanwhile,promoting the influence of all dimensions and make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantage.Strengthen the ecological circle main leading role,deepen the guiding role of ecological circle object,enhance the supporting role of support system.What’s more,handling ecological circle problems correctly and strengthening the supervision;Keep a rational view of the problems existing in the course of development;Set third party departments to deal with stakeholders disputes in logistics ecological circle;Strengthen the supervision of the ecological circle daily operation.
