基于Django的微信营销系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 截止2017年初,微信已有累计6.7亿活跃用户。微信活跃用户数时至今日已经占据了移动市场的半壁江山,被公认是移动互联网第一入口。在此条件下,微信营销作为崭新的电商营销手段应运而生。由于各企业通过微信与客户建立管理的需求日益加剧,一方面传统电商模式无法满足基于微信的新型客户关系、营销推广、电商运营等方面的要求,另一方面,微信运营者可使用的基础功能较为单一,使电商成本的激增。因此,研发一款企业级的微信营销系统,建立适应微信的电商模式,并满足企业与用户之间的多元化交流方式,是很有必要的。基于上述情况,本文以Django作为Web框架,结合微信公众平台开放接口,建立了一套以用户管理、营销活动管理和导购管理为中心的微信营销系统,完成的具体工作如下。1.基于Django Web框架,实现了其MTV(Model Template View)三层系统框架,并将业务按此三层架构进行分离实现,以此满足用户管理、营销活动管理和导购管理的基本要求。还将异步模块Celery引入Django框架中,使其能完成自动退款、后台素材同步等异步任务,丰富了Django站点的响应方式。2.对微信公众平台接口进行基于Django的封装,完善微信消息在营销系统内部传递的路由;结合Django中间件对微信接口的调用进行优化。3.在营销活动模块中,结合NoSQL数据库Redis,重载Django数据层的保存操作,设计缓存提高手机端以及后台订单查询的效率。4.结合微信公众平台模板消息、订阅消息等此类特有的消息模式,并基于聚类算法对传统协同过滤算法进行改进,设计并实现了系统导购模块。5.使用Nginx和uWSGI对站点进行高性能部署,实现按请求动静类型分发处理。并且通过了系统测试,满足既定功能需求和性能要求。本文设计并实现的这套基于Django的微信营销系统,能够满足微信事件接收和控制接口调用的需求,并实现了用户在微信营销各环节中的业务开展。系统资源利用率高,响应速度快,具有一定的创新性。目前该系统已在生产环境中使用,性能稳定,该课题工作完成了既定目标。
【Abstract】 By the beginning of 2017,WeChat had a total of 670 million active users.Nowadays the WeChat active users has accounted for half of the mobile market and Wechat is recognized as the first entrance of the mobile Internet.Under these conditions,WeChat marketing becomes a new means of E-commerce marketing.Because of the increasing demand of enterprise to build management between WeChat and customers,on the one hand the traditional electricity supplier model can not meet WeChat’s new customer relationship,marketing,business operations and other aspects based on the requirements,on the other hand,the operator can use the basic function of WeChat is single,the surge in the cost of electricity providers increased.Therefore,the development of an enterprise class WeChat marketing system,the establishment of WeChat’s electricity supplier model,and to meet the diversified communication between enterprises and users,is necessary.Based on the above,this thesis uses Django as the Web framework,combined with WeChat open public platform interface,the establishment of a set of user management,marketing management and sales management as the center of the WeChat marketing system,the specific work is as followsFirstly,based on the Django web framework,this thesis realized the three layers(Model Template View)system framework of MTV and the business according to the three layers structure and separation,in order to meet the basic requirements of user management,marketing management and sales management.The asynchronous module Celery is also introduced into the Django framework,enabling it to perform automatic tasks such as automatic refunds and background material synchronization,enriching the Django site’s response.Secondly,the thesis uses Django to encapsulate the WeChat public platform interface and improves the routing of WeChat message in the marketing system.Moreover,optimizes the call to the WeChat interface with the help of Django middleware.Thirdly,in the marketing activities module,combined with the NoSQL database Redis,the system override the storage operation of Django model layer.We design the cache to improve the efficiency of the mobile terminal and the order query in the background.Forthly,the thesis use the special message patterns,such as WeChat public platform template message,subscription message and so on,and based on clustering algorithm,we improve the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm to design and implement the system promotion module.Fifthly,using Nginx and uwsgi to deploy a high performance and implemented to distribute the requests as requested by static and dynamic types.And test the system to meet the established functional requirements and performance requirements.This design and implementation of this Django based WeChat marketing system,can meet the WeChat event receiving and control interface call requirements,and realize the user in WeChat marketing links in the business development.The system resource utilization rate is high,the response speed is quick,and has certain innovation type.At present,the system has been used in the production environment,and its performance is stable.
