【摘要】 在初中阶段进行职业生涯规划教育,通过引导学生认识自我、探索职业和社会,在这个过程中形成积极的自我认知和职业认知,树立职业生涯规划意识,并指导初中生初步确定自己的未来人生发展目标。本文通过文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法,对郑州5所初级中学的部分学生、老师及家长进行了调查和访谈,总结出了郑州初中生职业生涯教育的现状并从政府与社会、学校和家庭三个层面进行了现状分析,最后提出了相应的对策建议。论文绪论部分阐述了选题缘由和意义、文献综述、研究内容和方法。在梳理、整合各学者总结的相关概念和相关理论的基础上,概述了职业生涯教育的相关概念和理论依据。通过对调查问卷与访谈提纲的结果分析,得出郑州初中生职业生涯发展的现状:郑州初中生职业生涯教育总体现状在学校性质上不存在显著性差异;初中生自我认知和职业认知现状、初中生职业规划现状和初中生职业规划教育现状在不同年级存在显著性差异;大多数初中生自我认知不足;职业意识淡薄以及认知能力欠缺;初中生职业生涯规划现状处在较低水平,绝大多数初中生处于职业生涯无意识状态;家长和老师在对初中生的职业生涯教育方面,知识缺乏、意识薄弱以及关注不够。结合调查、访谈结果和文献资料,总结了目前郑州初中生职业生涯教育出现以上现状的原因有政府部门不够重视、相关政策不足、经费与资源缺乏、课程与师资缺乏、学校领导、老师及家长不重视等。最后,结合对现状的原因分析,同时借鉴国外发达国家职业生涯教育的成熟经验,从政府与社会、学校和家庭三个层面提出了对策建议,为我国初级中学开展职业生涯教育提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Career planning education in junior middle school stage,can guide students to know themselves,to explore career and social,in the process to form a positive self-perception and professional recognition,set up career planning consciousness,and guide the junior middle school students to preliminarily determine his future life development goals.In this paper,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,part of Zhengzhou 5 junior middle school students,parents and teachers has been investigated and interviewed.I summarized the current situation of Zhengzhou on career education to junior middle school students and analyzed these present situations from three aspects of the government and the society,school,and family,finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main content of this thesis is:In the introduction part,I elaborated the significance and the reason for selecting topic reason,literature review,research contents and methods.On the basis of combing and integrating the relevant concepts and theories summarized by various scholars,I summarized the related concepts and theoretical basis of career education.I analyzed the result of the questionnaire and interview outline,the current situation of junior middle school students career development of Zhengzhou were concluded that: on the overall status quo of Zhengzhou career education in junior middle school students,there is no significant difference between different school’s nature;on the students’ self-cognition and occupation cognition status and professional career planning status quo and the status quo of the career planning education in junior middle school students,there is existing significant difference in different grade;most of the junior middle school students’ self-perception is insufficient,they have weak professional consciousness and are lack of cognitive ability;junior middle school students’ career planning status is in lower level condition,the vast majority of junior middle school students is in career unconscious;parents and teachers are lack of knowledge,their consciousness and attention is weak and not enough on the career education to junior middle school students.Combing the results of investigation,interview and literature,I summarized some reasons for the present situation of career education in junior middle school students of Zhengzhou appeared in the second chapter.They are the ignorance of the related government department,insufficient policy,lacking of funds and resources and curriculum and teaching,school leaders,teachers and parents’ ignorance,etc.Finally,combing the analysis of the current situation,from three aspects of the government and the society,school and family,I put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions,providing references for junior middle school in our country to carry out the career education.更多还原
